Lightning and Weather pages removed

I am sorry to have had cause to remove the following pages:

Europe Lightning Activity for last 6 hours;
UK Lightning Activity for last 6 hours;
UK Triangulated (Strikestar) Lightning data;
UK Weather.

The reason is that I was using supposedly very frequently updated images from Meteorologica, which actually were always rather unreliable, but recently (May 2008) I found that they had not been putting data on their non-Strikestar lightning maps for weeks. Other supposedly half-hourly updated maps of theirs were being left out of date for days at a time. I know it is a free service that they give, but having empty or out of date maps is no way to carry on.

So, I have decided not to continue with putting weather data on my site - until and unless I find an alternative and more reliable source of regularly updated images.
