Still not a quick 'miracle' fix, but...
What I'm presenting on this page is not just yet another, say, 'alternative Reiki' but rather, a collection of the most efficient means that I know to address ALL the self realization and truly holistic* healing needs of each one of us. I am using the word 'healing' here in a broad sense to include not just direct energy work but the various means of achieving full, comprehensive and deeply based self realization and to bring us into full healthy functioning at all levels of the whole being. Enlightenment is a natural result of following this process through, so that no issue need be made of it and it does not need to be sought for. No formal meditation is required, for a natural inner peacefulness will become apparent as old issues are cleared out.
* The majority of methods that people describe as holistic actually fall short of being fully holistic, in that they do not address ALL aspects of our issues, at least in a balanced way.
Indeed, potentially you could effectively do comprehensive healing work on yourself to completion (full enlightenment) without using direct energy-work healing methods at all, and without extensive formal meditation. In fact, if you manage to be peaceful observer of everything you experience - in other words making the whole of life experience in a sense your meditation (as I've done) - then, according to my current understanding and best information, no formal meditation would be necessary at all in order to progress to enlightenment and full self realization.
On this page I'm concentrating on self healing because that is the primary need for everyone. Anyone who is working diligently on themselves, with some reading up about the practical issues of giving healing to others, can start applying their methods judiciously to other people*, but it is important still to keep primary focus on maintaining your own self healing / self realization process.
* That is, apart from attempting to directly and deliberately remove entities from other people, which is a more challenging, risky and indeed altogether more questionable area of healing. Also I add the caution that giving any sort of healing or energy therapy to another person is intrinsically very risky (because of astral or 'dark' force involvement) unless one works only from one's core essence and doesn't invoke or draw in any apparently external energies or beings (working with 'guides' or supposed angels is completely 'out').
The purpose of this page is not to function as a 'healing manual' but simply to bring together into one place my recommendations of the most effective ways that I currently know to bring about speedy progress to living happy and enlightened lives with no remaining buried emotional or karmic issues, and also to be free and able to 'go home' ('recombine with Source')*, 'as Nature intended', at the time of death. I make no claim about any method being 'the best' in an absolute sense, because nobody could know such a thing, and in any case different people have their own resonances with particular methods. I expect therefore that even among many people who find helpful things here, a high proportion will use methods not listed here to carry out particular healing tasks.
* These terms are just familiar figures of speech, and are not a true or correct description of what actually happens - for, as far as I currently understand, without astral interference people would not go anywhere upon death, but would simply dissolve into fundamental consciousness, so that their worldly experience would simply cease for the time being.
Whether those other methods would really be better than or even as good as the ones I present here is a different matter, however. It's widely assumed among healers that methods that you are drawn to are the right ones for you - but the only trouble with that is that, as happened for me for several years, the astral ('dark') forces, which are interfering with you and indeed everyone on this planet, can give you the feeling of being drawn to particular methods, which are actually ones that help to maintain or even cultivate the astral forces' hold on you. I'm sure it's very significant that I felt quite a lot of resistance against Stephen and Lynda Kane's methods initially (which I have subsequently built upon), and deferred my having anything to do with them, because they somehow seemed too 'clinical' and 'unfriendly' compared with the various 'spiritual healing' methods I was using. What I now clearly understand was that my feelings about these different methods were being manipulated by the interfering astral forces, to try to steer me away from methods that would truly clear out the the interferences and influences of entities and the astral forces.
The methods I recommend
The Task |
The Means |
| A solid foundation for ALL healing and self realization plans and strategies |
|
| Living with intent | When
you are 'living with intent' you are actively and
constructively engaged with the process of your everyday life, ensuring
that each choice that you make, at any level of scale or detail in your
life, is as strengthening as possible for you and, as far as possible,
never weakening for you. Living with intent is thus very powerful for
healing and self realization, enabling you to break through all manner
of limiting
patterns and not only live truly healthily but also to truly 'be
yourself' rather than being limited by your inevitably distorted self
image. When you are living with intent, you have a sense of 'really
living' instead of reactively coasting along on autopilot.
|
| Clearance
of emotional issues This is the most fundamental form of healing, even though it is not usually thought of as spiritual healing. As you become clear of emotional issues you become more spiritually open and progress towards enlightenment. |
N.B. Except in the case of Power Walking I recommend the use of at least two efficient emotional clearance methods, as typically any one method can fall foul of particular personal 'blind spots', and often different methods work better in different situations.
|
| Clearance of karma | Karma
is almost universally misunderstood, even among
healers
and so-called spiritual Masters, as I explain in Karma
- Cutting Through the Confusion. Contrary to
widespread belief
among healers, it is actually harmful to focus on karma as such or try
to give it special healings; when you do that you actually align
yourself more with the astral forces ('the dark side'), and to a small
extent increase your load of karmas. You dissolve
karmas
effectively simply by using effective true self realization methods and
not focusing on the concept of 'karma' at all.
|
| Minimizing 'ageing' | Particularly
effective are:
|
| Opening up your deepest and most fundamental awareness (opening up and clearing your core star / assemblage point) | All
the methods given on this page achieve this to some
extent, but,
particularly bearing in mind that people with a more blocked awareness
would not use most of the methods so effectively anyway (or even at
all), I mention here
what would most effectively open up their awareness and core star /
assemblage point despite their particular awareness blocks.
|
| Gaining
optimal use of the body,
letting go
of patterns, and increasing everyday awareness or 'mindfulness' |
|
| Getting guidance and protection in healing and 'lightwork' |
The 'highest' source, which we really need to connect with and open up, is NOT outside ourselves at all but is our own deepest essence, which is also the all-pervading fundamental consciousness of which we and all things are manifestations. Therefore, for assistance and empowerment we need to look within, not outside ourselves.
|
| 'Depossession'
- Clearance of
entities and other foreign 'energies' |
It's a
little-known fact that virtually everyone is
affected and to
some
extent controlled (usually covertly) by
problematical entities and astral-sourced influences. Although most
healers and 'lightworkers' believe that entity clearance is an
immediate sending-off of the relevant entities, my own experience and
insights point to a very different situation. Basically, we are talking
about healing, strengthening and empowering a person's non-physical
aspects till any attached entities become forced out and the
person eventually becomes immune to all astral or entity interferences.
|
| Visualizations for entity protection and aura / chakra cleansing |
|
| Environmental stress (ES) elimination | In general,
environmental stress
'eliminators' have
limitations. Many actually create further stresses themselves while
they are neutralizing others, and most neutralize only certain types of
such stress, if indeed they really neutralize any.
|
| Soul retrieval | Soul
retrieval is a bit of a Cinderella in healing work
generally, and widely regarded as rather exotic, specialist work -
though it is widely practised in shamanistic traditions. Actually it
needs to be part of all healing work involving clearance of significant
emotional traumas and especially removal of entities and other EEIs,
for clearance of these typically leaves holes or voids in one's energy
system,
and if the displaced soul energy is not retrieved and put back in those
holes, they are very likely to get filled with further entities or
problematical energies. Soul retrieval therefore is often very helpful
following such work. I say "often" because actually soul retrieval
occurs naturally and spontaneously but is often a rather slow process
which can be speeded up by some sort of conscious initiative or
practice. Soul fragmentation resulting from past traumas can be very severe and be the prime factor in conditions like multiple personality disorder (though usually entities are involved too). Although various traditions make something of a ritual of soul retrieval, at its simplest and most fundamental it involves just directing your intent that your core essence will carry out the task to whatever extent is possible and appropriate at the present time.
|
| Gaining enhanced energy awareness | I'm not thinking here so much about higher perceptions
such
as seeing people's auras (which is actually ungrounded
energy awareness and thus a quite serious
problem for the people who have that 'ability', and not the gift which
so many people believe it to be), but more
about awareness of energies
affecting you and whether their effect on you is positive or negative.
This is a very important part of making your life really healthy and
happy, and
so taking forward your self healing / self realization process.
|
| Energy-work 'spiritual healing' | With such
a
range of healing
methods as listed above, who has any use for old-fashioned hands-on
healing? ...Answer? ...Everyone - but with moderation! I say "with moderation", because, as noted further below, such 'energy work' healing (what many people would misguidedly think of as 'spiritual healing') is not very grounding, so it is best used as an adjunct to other, more grounding healing / self realization methods rather than as your primary method. Yes, all manner of powerful healings can be received or given without recourse to laying on of hands or indeed using hands at all. However, none of that can be a substitute for certain real healing benefits bestowed by loving and aware hand contact, especially in the context of exchanging healing. To work always hands-off in healing work feeds egos because it looks 'cool' and 'expert', but what it doesn't either display or communicate is human warmth and love. Actual warm and loving, aware physical contact and closeness are greatly beneficial for full emotional wellbeing, and are our birthright - not the sole province of sexual or attached 'relationships'. I thus recommend exchanges of full hands-on healing sessions, with great simplicity and intuitive flexibility about them, clear of any tradition or 'system' of healing. For the most safe and effective healing work:
If people operated in this manner for hands-on healing, far fewer problems would be picked up or passed on. For more about this 'core essence' mode of healing, please see Healing From Our Core Essence. At least at the end of a session, provided the other person is amenable to it, a really healthy and healing thing to do would be have a lengthy, warm and loving hug. Indeed, such aware, warm hugging is fully natural to humans regardless of gender, and assists us to full emotional wellbeing. Such a hug is the best way to greet each other and to part from each other. Plenty of hugs, awarely and considerately used, therefore, are part of a healthy healing relationship. |
A caution about 'promiscuous' spiritual healing work
In my earlier years as a healer I so much enjoyed meeting other healers and going to 'Reiki shares' groups, and in the latter receiving healing from sometimes the whole group - and meeting potential new friends that way. However, I now know that such 'mixing around' with healing work is problematical in one remarkably similar way to promiscuous sexual activity. It's not that there's anything wrong or bad about 'promiscuous' healing work, but it's the entities and other EEIs which you may pick up in the process. Bear in mind that various very common types of 'dark' being can interfere in healing work and give problematical guidance and maybe place implants directly or by directing the healer to do so. And picking up the various beliefs and many types of practice of other healers can greatly increase the hold of astral forces on you even while it appears on the surface that all is going beautifully and sweetly. That indeed was a significant part of how I came unstuck and eventually had very major problems with astral entities.
Also, in 2002 I myself got a number of parasitic energy implants put into my energy system by a so-called Reiki Master who was leading a Reiki shares group. He believed that he was putting temporary healing implants into people (having learnt to do so from a particular psychic surgeon who himself was unawarely being seriously led astray by astral entities), but was unawarely being directed by an attached entity to create those implants, which were actually negative in their effect and permanent (until removed). You see what a mess develops even among supposedly highly reputable healers! I don't see myself going to a Reiki 'shares' group again.
This is why I strongly favour and encourage ongoing healing exchange work with people who you know or at least can test out and not stay with if you feel that there's potentially something problematical for you about them. This way you can build up wonderful spiritual friendships, which can be deeply loving without your getting sidetracked by sexual arousals and desires (which, if/when they do arise, simply point to particular emotional healing issues which can then be worked through and resolved).
Safe healing 'shares' groups - there is a way...
The abovementioned problem about 'mixing around' in healing would not exist at all for groups or networks of people who are doing their healing only from the core essence. It would be extremely healthy for people individually and the community at large if people who are committed to healing only from the core essence (and thus consistently keeping out of the astral forces' agendas) got together for 'shares' groups and one-to-one exchanges in which no other type of healing was used, for they would be exchanging only healing and true positivity and not problematical energies and entities. There would also be no basis for the sort of personal power / status issues and 'Reiki politics' which blight so many shares groups and healing networks.
I would be very happy to facilitate such a 'shares' group or/and network (which can also be the basis for getting fixed up for one-to-one exchanges) in Exeter. If you are interested, please contact me.
Grounding - an area of great misunderstanding
Many supposed means of grounding are used or recommended by healers, including holding a supposedly grounding mineral such as pyrite or tourmaline (or wearing it), imagining you have roots growing out of your feet into the ground, directing the person's auric energy more into the lower parts of the aura (supposedly to rebalance it), hugging trees, and wearing a pendant made of wood. These methods have one overriding factor in common: THEY DO NOT WORK (well, not to any worthwhile extent)!
Okay, before some indignant healer writes to me to tell me that in her experience they do work, I have to say that that healer and indeed the vast majority of healers (of all traditions, certainly including Reiki) are chronically and seriously poorly grounded and have no idea of what a true, fully grounded state is like. Further, I would say the following:
We are all interfered with to some extent by astral entities (aka dark entities or astral beings). They are consummate masters of deceit. One of the many means by which they help gain or increase their hold on us is through getting us more ungrounded - which makes us more vulnerable to them. One of their regular tricks with healers is to covertly direct them into useless measures for grounding, in order that they believe they are regrounding themselves when they're doing nothing of the kind and remaining ungrounded, so that they do not go on to use actually effective measures to get themselves grounded.
The entities control and manipulate healers and others into believing that they are regrounding themselves by the various measures which I say are useless, by actually giving people sensations of light-headedness or other sensations which people believe indicate ungroundedness, and then reducing or stopping those sensations when the people use those measures, so that they are convinced that those methods work and then take no action to get themselves really grounded.
This is not just belief of mine - I have on various occasions experienced astral entities trying to put such deceptions upon me, with all the relevant sensations as well as little 'pseudo-thoughts' in my mind to convince me that the sensations were genuine (indeed I've had that with regard to supposedly getting ungrounded to such an extreme that I was allegedly actually in the process of dying - a ploy used to get me to hospitalize myself in December 2004). My awareness was certainly seriously poorly grounded at that time, but I was actually nowhere close to dying, but what was happening was that with my awareness so ungrounded I was open and spectacularly gullible to the astral entities' convoluted fictions and deceptions, and similarly spectacularly open to their attacks.
Getting yourself grounded
Being properly grounded is to be fully connected into the physical level of existence - in other words fully incarnated, and having the optimal balance between your physical and non-physical levels of 'being'. This balance involves a strong focus on the physical level, modulated by an awareness of the highest reality of one's deepest level or 'self', and almost totally excluding any focus on the intermediate 'astral' level - the no-man's land where people project their illusions and where all manner of lost consciousnesses seek to use illusions to draw all our awareness into that level, so that they can take us over and control us.
There is no quick fix for poor overall grounding and, contrary to popular belief, you cannot be significantly grounded by anything a healer might do for you; you have to ground yourself, and your overall grounding is something which you can increase only over a period of time. For more about this, please see further below.
However, although it takes time to get yourself more grounded overall, you can get a more transient but still very beneficial grounding effect (which does also contribute a little to any long-term overall grounding strategy) by doing something to ground your awareness. A dramatic example of this was actually when I had crisis-level attacks from astral entities, and got myself hospitalized on four occasions, and on other occasions when I just contacted the local crisis resolution team and had a chat with them about what was going on for me. This action of mine each time brought about speedy dissolution of the attacks and great weakening of 'signal strength' of the interfering communications and a corresponding much greater hold for me upon everyday physical reality. It was not medication nor any notion of 'treatment' that achieved this but simply my having supportive people around me, with whom I could interact positively - this working for me by grounding my awareness, or in other words restoring my balance so that I was focused on the physical aspects of experience rather than the 'astral' level of consciousness where the entities are always waiting to cause more havoc if one inadvertently 'looks their way', so to speak.
Other attention-grounding measures could be listening to some appropriate music, going for an invigorating and preferably strenuous walk in the country, or carrying out some practical task. However, as I myself found, having supportive people around one - provided they really are supportive - is particularly helpful when your awareness has got seriously ungrounded and you are having, say, attacks of troublesome emotions or obvious interferences from entities, or you are simply having troublesome or unhelpful preoccupations in your mind.
You achieve an increase of your overall, long-term grounding by adjustments to your everyday life, activities and outlook. I list below a few suggestions for grounding adjustments that could be made; no doubt you can come out with plenty more - especially if you use the energy awareness / testing methods taught / promoted by Stephen and Lynda Kane:
-
Priority use of grounding self healing methods. The methods which I describe or point to in Some Potent Self Realization / Healing Practices are particularly grounding. Optimally, use a combination of some of those methods together with a Clarity-Sphere™, for their effects are synergistic when used together.
-
Any 'spiritual healing' (as described above) NOT to be one's primary healing method but rather, used as an optional adjunct (although basically beneficial when used in moderation, it is not particularly grounding and indeed can easily be used in distinctly ungrounding ways).
-
Minimal or preferably no time spent on any overtly 'spiritual' pursuits, including formal meditation.
-
Excluding use of alcohol, cannabis, tobacco products, and indeed all mind-affecting drugs (N.B. from this perspective there is NO safe or benign level of alcohol to drink). There are the odd exceptions, such as caffeine, which are not significantly ungrounding but there are other contra-indications for these anyway, so exclusion of all mind-affecting drugs is an essential part of any person's full self healing / self realization programme.
-
Relinquishing any attachment to vegan diets, because these are ungrounding. A varied and balanced mostly vegetarian diet including some animal products including fish (especially oily species) is a good compromise, but the inclusion of a regular small amount of mammal / bird meat would be still better.
Please note that I'm referring here to the quality of the diet for grounding purposes and am not making any judgements about what one should or shouldn't eat.
-
Completely disregarding ungrounded and indeed ungrounding higher perceptions, including but not limited to clairvoyance, seeing people's auras, prescience, seeing non-physical beings of any kind, receiving communications of any type from any non-physical source (whether directly or through anyone else functioning as a channel, medium or fortune teller).
-
Keeping clear of astrology and ALL types of divining, including but not limited to I Ching, Tarot, angel cards and runes, and all psychic 'readings'.
-
Taking on or emphasizing grounding, practical activities in your daily life:
-
Going out for walks amongst Nature is one potentially very helpful activity, but is easily done in an ungrounded way, so it's best to pursue some grounding interest or activity when you go out into the wilds. Maybe (like me) you'd pursue an interest in wild flowers or insects or birds (or - much healthier and more rewarding - the lot!) and get identifying them or/and photographing them - maybe even recording them for your local wildlife conservation organization.
-
Going for hikes, as long as you can manage, on strenuous terrain, cultivates grounding through keeping your attention on practicalities while also finding it easy to get into an alert and very flexible type of meditative state which is much healthier than what you achieve in formal sitting meditation. The grounding effect is even more so if you hitch-hike to and from your walking routes as I do, thus making the whole day quite an adventure!

-
Surfing and paragliding / hang gliding are outdoor activities which have a particularly high self realization effect while also being very grounding. Other particularly eligible outdoor pursuits include sailing, canoeing and rock climbing.
-
Sports or other activities which are significantly competitive, and also martial arts, are good for grounding but need viewing with circumspection and caution. Certain of these may be very beneficial for particular individuals, but for the majority of people they reinforce problematical emotional traits which need to be cleared, and so are NOT a suitable means of getting more grounded. If you feel drawn to any of these, or already participate, then your best course is to use one or more of the energy awareness testing methods taught by Stephen and Lynda Kane, and, through using the appropriate testing procedure, find out whether the particular activity is or would be strengthening or weakening for you (i.e. for your ultimate good), and to use that basis on which to decide whether to proceed with any such activity or to do something else instead (again testing its suitability for you).
To my current understanding, if you want a martial art because of its ki (or chi) cultivation benefits, you'd be doing much better to use the ki cultivation methods given or pointed to in Some Potent Healing / Self Realization Practices, together with use of a Clarity-Sphere, for then you'd get equally grounded ki cultivation, but it would be balanced, which martial arts ki cultivation definitely isn't, and would take you potentially the whole way in your self realization. Generally speaking, martial arts put your life force energy very much under the control of your ego, which is a highly unhealthy state of affairs and is not pointing you in a true self realization direction.
-
Gardening, and especially managing a vegetable garden / allotment to grow food for yourself.
-
Building / construction / decorating / landscaping activities - though it would be important to ensure, through energy awareness / testing, that what you wanted to do was energetically harmonious for you (and that would depend to a considerable extent on how harmonious it would be with the environment).
- Carrying out shared creativity or practical tasks. I think particularly of how my regular singing in a local choral society was a great 'sanity saver' for me over many years. Drama groups and working with other people in appropriate charities can all be very grounding as well as greatly rewarding.

Direct, active removal of entities
The supposed direct, active removal of entities from other people by healers / 'lightworkers' is a highly problematical area of healing. Indeed, the concept of 'lightworker' is extremely problematical in much the same way that 'spirituality' is, because the very concept of being a worker with, of or for the Light or indeed light, is an astral-sourced one that cultivates the astral forces' hold on the very person who believes that (s)he is clearing entities and maybe astral connections. As I explain below, it is doubtful to what extent such supposed entity removal really works, despite superficial appearances of it sometimes giving spectacularly beneficial results. In any case the real need for anyone is to take up proper self clearance and self realization methods as enumerated in the list further above, for just to remove entities from another person - even if that were really happening - is to a considerable extent still addressing a symptom rather than resolving the underlying cause(s).
The one area in which direct entity removal apparently does work is in the case of earthbound spirits (consciousnesses of people who have died but which have been too afraid or traumatized to 'pass on'). However, the interference of astral entities, which are the most widespread and pervasive issue, complicate matters so that anyone who sets out only to remove earthbound spirits is also, whether they intend it or not, to some extent getting involved with 'the dark side', and thus my reservations detailed below also apply to attempts to remove earthbound spirits.
My general observation is that people who make a thing of supposedly removing entities from people are themselves still at least to some extent being sidetracked by the astral forces, because they are thus being diverted from getting their clients using appropriate methods to clear their own underlying issues and thus to make themselves truly clear of and invulnerable to entities. This point is underlined by the fact that the interfering entities, generally posing as higher or indeed Divine beings, can and usually do hide from the healer / 'lightworker'* the true state of affairs and readily present 'visuals' showing entities being cleared out when actually nothing of the sort is happening. In early 2007 I myself had astral entities (posing as my own higher consciousness and also as a supposed Divine Support Team) on several occasions give me strong simulations of 'demons' attached to me being transformed into supposed angelic or Divine beings and whisked away to a high dimension. This was all a ploy both to keep my attention as ungrounded as possible and to try to convince me not to look further to clear my entities issue.
* I include here even the ones who believe that they are clear of all entity interferences.
The 'lightworker' who was attempting to assist me at that time in clearing the entities was being similarly - indeed extensively - deceived, and ended up assuring me that more or less all of my entities had been cleared and the remaining very considerable interferences (including attacks) that I was getting were from self created simulations of entities. Although such 'self created demons' are a very common phenomenon, in fact they were not the major part of what I was still experiencing, and at least for myself I've come to see direct entity clearance as being something of a red herring, and comprehensive and powerful self healing / self realization as being the true way to get oneself clear of ALL entities and the myriad types of astral influence.
One common ploy of the astral forces with 'lightworkers' and healers who supposedly remove entities is, as well as giving direct simulations of entities being removed, to discontinue or greatly reduce certain types of interference on the client, such as attacks, at least for a time following a supposed removal of entities, so helping to convince everyone that the client has been 'cured' or at least greatly helped by the 'lightworker' when actually little or nothing was really removed. So, I have to say it again - generally speaking, without effective self clearance and self realization work on the part of the client, the underlying issues remain, even if the entity interference has become more subtle and covert.
Warning
It's necessary for me to warn that because healers and 'lightworkers' who seek to remove entities from other people are virtually always being considerably interfered with themselves by astral entities, it's remarkably common for people who receive healings and supposed entity clearances from such people to end up with serious entity problems which they didn't have before. It's rare for such a healer to acknowledge that such a thing has happened; they typically seek to explain the problem away by claiming that the problem isn't a real entity (any more) and is just a self created simulation of one, or it is 'just a manifestation of part of the person's healing process and nothing to worry about', and so on. Such 'healers' thus remain oblivious of the harm they are doing and believe that almost all if not all of their supposed entity removals have been successful, and so continue confidently to go proliferating entity problems in more and more people.
I also warn about ANY healer (whether or not claiming to remove entities) who sends supposed healing spirits to people to carry out healing on them. When they do such things they virtually always cause immense problems for their victims (a more appropriate word here than 'clients'), which can be greatly more serious and difficult to deal with than 'ordinary' serious troubles with the astral forces. Such so-called spirits are generally astral-programmed and controlled human souls, which can cause disruption and destruction in a person's life to an extent that the astral forces could never achieve directly themselves.
If you seriously intend to attempt removal of entities from other people, then the Clarity-Sphere is the one relatively safe way to go which I know of - indeed almost completely safe if you heed and observe the various cautions and constraints which I give for entity removal in the Sphere's User Guide.
Shrines, sacred spaces and sacred objects - a warning!
It is almost universally accepted among healers, spiritual teachers and people who see themselves as being on some sort of spiritual path, that it is helpful if not essential to have in one's living space some sort of shrine, however simple, or a dedicated sacred space, and also to have, either in the shrine area or/and elsewhere in one's living space certain 'sacred' objects. Such sacred objects, depending on one's particular resonances or favoured tradition, may include Buddha figures or indeed figures or representations of any spiritual teacher, religious leader, higher being such as Avalokiteshvara, Melchizedek, Kwan Yin or Shiva, or symbols such as the OM and the merkaba - and indeed candles.
That - yet again! - points to the universality of the influence of the astral or 'dark' forces in all our religious, healing and spiritual traditions. The point here is that ALL the above are pointing you away from the ONLY focus for true, full self realization, which is your own core essence, and are devices which the astral forces have been using to get people unwittingly increasing their 'dark' connections.
If you stop and think about it, it doesn't require rocket
science to
realize that the very notion of designating any specific objects or
locations as 'sacred' or indeed 'holy' is crazy! Look at it this way.
What is the 'highest' and presumably most sacred or holy thing in the
whole of Existence? -- Surely the all-pervading 'creating'
consciousness, which you could call 'the Ultimate'. But every single
one of us, and everything which we experience, is a manifestation of
that all-pervading consciousness, and so is similarly sacred or holy.
That means that everything and everyone is fundamentally as sacred or
holy as each other - so that the very concept of sacredness or holiness
is fundamentally meaningless! ![]()
So, it is an essential part of full self realization and clearance of astral influences, that you have no shrine, no sacred or holy place(s) or objects. As long as you keep even one Buddha figure or purported image of Jesus, for example, you are keeping yourself tied to astral agendas and are not fully understanding the true nature of your own core essence.
However, in no way am I saying that there's a problem about having a dedicated space for healing work or your self realization practices. In fact that is a GREAT idea! But that space would need to be physically and energetically harmonious with its intended purposes (with full and comprehensive self realization as the overall remit) - not regarded as 'sacred' and somehow connecting you to something higher. If you want the 'highest', you have it anyway, wherever you are, because it is your own core essence. When you seek to connect to something higher (including anything supposedly Divine), whether by designated objects or any other means, you are actually connecting to 'lower' - i.e. the astral level and all the problems which it carries. The choice is yours. What do you want? -- Or, more to the point, what do you really know to be in your own best and deepest interest?
To use or not to use symbols in healing?
Symbols are used in certain healing systems, such as Reiki, and I was using two symbols especially in my healing work until a 'lightworker' started in late December 2006 to attempt to assist me in clearing my entities issue, and I came to understand then that no symbols at all connect with the highest healing sources, so that if you want to connect to truly 'high' and pure healing energies, then the use of symbols (yes, even the symbols of Reiki and its extensions such as Karuna, and such highly 'sacred' symbols as the OM and the Merkaba) is to be completely avoided as it would be an obstruction to realizing your true intent.
Furthermore, my understanding now is that most or all of those symbols are not just less beneficial than one would like but are actually in varying degrees harmful. I have become aware of astral ('dark') force connections in the use of any supposedly sacred, healing or meditation symbol.
The name of the game, therefore, is to get focusing inwards to your own deepest essence for your true and pure healing source, so that you can get the full spectrum of healing energies and indeed be using 'the Ultimate' in your healings. There is no purer nor more fundamental healing source.
Hypnotherapy and any other hypnosis-related therapies - a serious warning
Most times when I have seen a photo portrait of a person who uses hypnosis upon other people I have felt disturbed by them. There is something highly problematical in the gaze of many of these people - at least the ones I've seen. There is a penetrating, controlling feel about their gaze - not at all the love and warmth of a true healer. This points to these people having a very serious problem which would cause or aggravate problems for any clients of theirs. They are among the sorts of people I've always been clear that I wanted to keep well away from, for I could feel a strong and very invasive control agenda in their 'energy'.
So, what was I to make of it when, at the end of 2006, a 'lightworker' e-mailed me, offering his services free of charge to assist in clearing the still very troublesome interferences I was getting from astral entities at that time, and, having jumped at the opportunity, I found that the portrait of him on his website showed clearly the 'hypnotherapy' gaze - cold, intrusive and controlling in feel - and then read that indeed he includes hypnosis among his therapy methods?
Because of my sense of urgency then about getting clear of the entities, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and for some two months we had periodic sessions on the telephone, during which he worked on me remotely, supposedly removing entities and various 'devices' put into my system by entities. Those telephone sessions were ordeals for me - not because of the actual work, which didn't take all that long, but because this individual was almost unstoppable in his talking - all the time in such a manner as though he were delivering a lecture, and almost completely failing to listen to me or pay attention to what my situation really was. He'd evidently decided for himself that I was a student (or indeed a mere audience) of his, which I wasn't at all, and in many respects he was (very likely completely unawarely) seeking to disempower me and get me to believe that he was my teacher and my controller.
It turned out that he was being as extensively deceived as I was at that time about the entity removals, and actually although he and I had 'seen' 'demons' being transformed into supposedly angelic beings and whisked away to some high dimension, actually few or no entities had been removed.
Those telephone sessions left me feeling more tired and drained than almost any of the tremendous ordeals which the astral entities took me through, for in probably various ways he had been unawarely sucking my energy, and that had been going on through those typically 2½ to 3 hours' sessions (mostly of one-way talking of his).
On a few occasions he did actually attempt to get me into a hypnotic trance, but my whole being was, figuratively speaking, gagging at any attempt of his to do so, filling my awareness with warning signals. Thus there was no way that I could go into any sort of trance.
On what turned out to be our last such session he tried harder to get me into trance, and there was a nightmarish quality about his keeping on telling me to stop resisting and to let him take over - and there was no way at all that I could or would. The control pattern energy he was putting out just underlined my pretty clear understanding by that time that he himself was seriously being led astray and indeed controlled by astral entities - all the more so as he actually believed that he was completely clear of all entity interferences and reacted very negatively when challenged on that matter.
After that session, which was particularly draining for me, he e-mailed me, and in that message he kept on about how I needed to let go of my fears and reservations and trust him. He kept on emphasizing that I couldn't expect his assistance to be very effective if I didn't just let go of my resistance and trust him.
That is a really scary e-mail to read now (late December 2007), because the 'control' energy beams off it like creeping tentacles seeking to insinuate themselves into my non-physical aspects - and also because now I understand what was almost certainly going on under the surface, and how to a point I was in real danger when allowing him to try to put me under hypnosis.
The problem about hypnosis is two-fold:
- It is extremely disempowering for the client (allowing another person complete control over them). Disempowerment results in increased vulnerability to entities, as well as pointing the person right away from true self realization.
- (still more serious) It is extremely ungrounding, and can result in the client's awareness going out-of-body sufficiently for the entities interfering with the client, plus the entities working through the therapist, to put 'nasties' into the client's non-physical aspects. Such 'nasties' may include thought forms, implants or other devices, and, most seriously of all, a partial walk-in (see Partial Walk-ins - How the astral forces tried to nobble me).
When you have read my account of how the astral forces had a big plan to stage a partial walk-in upon me, then perhaps you can see in a new and sinister light this particular therapist's designs upon getting me to submit to his control and get me into trance - and indeed the fact that he was guided to contact me out of the blue and offer me his services free of charge in the first place. I'm pretty sure that that therapist himself was being controlled by an archon-programmed partial walk-in, and it's quite possible that ALL people who are drawn to use hypnosis have pretty similar archon-controlled partial walk-ins controlling them into using hypnosis - unawarely for the purpose of enabling the astral forces to get partial walk-ins installed in many more people. That would nicely explain that disturbing 'look' in their eyes.
Naturally, where people have submitted to the hypnosis and the entities have achieved what they want, any previous troublesome entity-related symptoms would usually tend to disappear, for the entities want it to look as though the person has been 'cured' of whatever problem brought them to the therapist, so that they will recommend him to others. Such therapists, therefore, can generally quote an apparently impeccable track record of client 'cures'. All the more so because any clients who are aware of problems about or arising from their sessions with him will usually feel too timid and often self doubting to raise the issue with the therapist. Typically, if any such issues are raised with such a therapist, the response would be to intimate that it was an issue of the client's, not of the therapist's, which has caused the problematical experience or repercussions, or that the latter are simply a natural part of their healing process. Any sort of excuse to ensure that the therapist's track record of 'satisfied patients' looks impeccable, even though it may be nothing more than a glossy fascia over a 'seething pit of corruption'.
Interestingly, a one-time client of the particular therapist who I mention above wrote to me, recounting to me how she'd felt inner 'alarm signals' sounding when that therapist put her under hypnosis, and she'd come out of it quickly but (being very frightened by what she was experiencing from him as he worked) managed to pretend that she was still under hypnosis, and was horrified at certain impressions of him that she gained at that time. She was in no doubt that he was 'possessed' by something extremely unsavoury. So, this isn't just a matter of me myself having a personal 'thing' against hypnosis or indeed a particular therapist.
The bottom line, therefore, is that anyone who uses hypnosis is an absolute menace, and for your own safety is best steered well clear of - never mind what credentials and 'client ratings' they appear to have. There are always more effective, safe and completely self empowering methods to address the issues for which certain people are using hypnosis.
Although that particular therapist failed to get me under hypnosis, I have now (December 2007) established that during his telephone sessions with me, entities working through him did nonetheless succeed in putting into my energy system various highly problematical energy connections which were designed to hinder any attempts at clearance of the entities and their interferences. I have now made a clean break with that therapist and have taken additional measures to dissolve all those unwanted 'free gifts' which he presumably unawarely gave me in those sessions with him.
This all points also to the general importance of using only self clearance methods for entity clearance and not to trust anyone else, whatever their reputation, to try to do that work for you.
The place of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and martial arts in self realization
I know that my saying this will cause disappointment, dismissal or even anger in some quarters, but actually there is no useful place for these practices for gaining fundamental clarity ('enlightenment') or true self realization. Many people regard the practices indeed as the epitome of self realization - but that is a part of the problem, for that view comes from the very sort of limited awareness which these practices cultivate. In fact, almost always they are a hindrance if not a definite obstacle to true and full self realization, despite various beneficial elements.
Generally speaking, people who take on these practices cultivate an energy awareness which, although grounded in some respects, is also ungrounded - and is limited to certain aspects of one's entire being, just as the practices cultivate only a certain type of chi energy and thus strengthen the practitioner only in certain respects while leaving other areas untouched or even weakened. The overall effect for one's entire being is in fact weakening because of the quite strong energy imbalance that accumulates as one aspect is strengthened without regard to other levels and aspects of the system.
Also, these practices, and those who teach them, tend to encourage people to get fascinated by and attached to feeling energy flow and consciously manipulating energy. That in fact aligns one with the astral ('dark') forces, and any such person who is not of great integrity is liable to go manipulating such energies inappropriately and harmfully. Potentially such people are, frankly, dangerous. Further, because of this aspect of martial arts, many people are attracted to the latter who are already predisposed to negative or indeed overtly 'dark' behaviour or practices, so if you participate in any sort of martial arts class or group you are relatively likely to be putting yourself alongside people (including, sorry to say, not uncommonly the teacher or group leader) who might quite possibly put a serious psychic attack on you if for some reason they don't happen to like you - particularly if they feel that you present any sort of threat to their own personally perceived status.
To keep clear of astral influence you need to stay completely clear of using the ordinary mind to manipulate or direct energy, and to allow energy flow always to be directed and carried out by your core essence. Also you need to keep clear of fascination and attachment. Fascination is fine if it is completely without attachment - for then it is simply an aware enjoyment of what you are observing from moment to moment. But when you concentrate on feeling energy flow for the fascination of it, then you're getting into trouble.
In 'hands-on' healing work, many healers are insistent on working hands-off, at least most of the time, and the usual justification which they come out with when confronted about this is that they can best feel the energies when working hands-off. But where did this notion come from - that when you are doing healing work you need to maximally feel the energy flows? Actually I've got a very good idea where that one comes from, and it's no place you'd want to be! Yes, you've guessed - 'the dark side' yet again!
I have found again and again that such people had very little true interest in the needs of the recipient of the healing; they were working that way just because they enjoyed feeling the energy flows (and often 'seeing' various non-physical manifestations) - and also because they felt that working that way looked much more smart and 'cool' and thus helped boost their personal status as a healer. That's not a true healing or self realization outlook at all. People who are into Tai Chi or other more overtly martial arts are particularly prone to that unaware approach to healing, in which their main interest is in feeling and consciously manipulating energy.
In fact healing work functions best when the healer doesn't seek to feel energies or 'see' anything at all but simply lets his/her core essence do the work. In practice then the healer still does experience various things, but without being attached to them and being distracted from paying proper attention to the recipient and his/her healing requirements.
True self realization practices open up your energy awareness in a balanced and fully grounded way, without attachment - indeed, with actual releasing and dissolving of any attachments which one may be harbouring.
Scientology - from the frying pan into the fire
It has been put to me occasionally that Scientology is about clearing yourself of all negative or otherwise problematical material and therefore it is the direction for you and me. As far as I understand, and this is supported by my energy testing, we all need Scientology just as we all need a great big hole in the head.
The mere fact that Scientology is based in an organisation called the Church of Scientology actually handsomely gives the game away, as does the record of the Church of Scientology in seeking to suppress, even through lawsuits, public exposure of the harmfulness of Scientology and the deviousness of the Church of Scientology and at least some of its leading members.
When you get into Scientology you go through a process of supposedly making you 'clear', which would be clearing out certain selected issues of yours to a point that you are declared to be 'clear' (but I can say with considerable confidence, you would NOT be clear in the sense of being self realized in any balanced and healthy way). Now, if that had really been about true self realization, you'd have no need for an organization, let alone one that actually calls itself a 'Church', and, having 'cleared' yourself, you'd at once go on your own way, a free person, free of any belief or control from others.
In reality, making you into a 'clear' is just the first part of the process of Scientology seeking control over you, for once you are declared to be 'clear', an indoctrination process starts - loading you with their own belief system, which of course is really astral sourced illusory realities, just the same as in any religion. As far as I understand it currently, the whole process also just happens to 'clear' you of quite a lot of money.
Back in 2002 or 2003 I had a glancing encounter myself with Scientology, which firmly squashed any notion floating around, that my view of Scientology was too uninformed and harsh against that movement. On that particular occasion I visited a Mind, Body and Soul fair at Bude, Cornwall. At some point, I sat on a seat outside - perhaps to eat my packed lunch. Presently a woman came out of the entrance of the fair and sat on the same seat, and we got talking. I was actually surprised that she'd been in that fair at all, for she was tartily made-up, with high heeled shoes and face heavily powdered, thick lipstick, and her eyes were also heavily made-up - clearly living an extremely unhealthy and unenlightened sort of life. She was nervously smoking cigarettes, and gave the overall impression of having a very shallow level of awareness - something confirmed in retrospect by my energy testing.
It turned out that she was, jointly with a colleague, running the Scientology stand in the fair - I having consistently bypassed that stand, feeling very negative 'vibes' from it. She talked to me about how Scientology, and especially their methodology which they call Dianetics, was the real answer to all my healing needs, and urged me, when I went back into the Fair, to go to their stand and take a simple test to see what I needed to clear (and could easily be cleared by Dianetics).
Remaining sceptical, I did go to that stand after my lunch break, and the woman got me to hold a cylinder in my hand - the cylinder being attached by a wire to a small device with a meter window on it. She asked me to tell her (while holding that cylinder) what issues I thought I most needed to clear, and I mentioned the odd ones including isolation. "That's it!", she exclaimed; "No need to bother about anything else. Isolation! That's the one. Now, with Dianetics..."
-- And she was then seeking to sell me the book Dianetics by the (in)famous L. Ron Hubbard and to get me to sign up there and then for a course of Dianetics sessions to clear that isolation issue. It would all 'clear' me of significant money - that was clear - but just how much I have no idea because I felt deeply from within that there was something fundamentally wrong about this whole setup and the people running it, and so firmly turned away from that stand and indeed Scientology. I felt this all the more because that monumentally unaware, un-self-realized and indeed extremely unhealthily living woman was out there presumably as an ambassador for Scientology and an example of what it could do for you. Also, her colleague, an older man, had a pronounced shady, furtive quality about him as he hovered in the background, and I got a strong feeling as though this Scientology stand was being run by a criminal gang rather than people who genuinely had healing intentions for anyone.
Although I didn't at that time know for sure that there really were 'dark forces' except as a figure of speech, I had a strong sense that if there were such 'dark forces', Scientology was one of their hotbeds (or hell-holes!).
I have on the odd occasions encountered individuals who claim that Scientology has changed their lives in very positive ways, but that actually doesn't tell one very much because there are also plenty of people who will say the same of Christianity, 'Jesus', Islam or Buddhism, yet they are actually all ensnared in the astral agenda and they are all pointed squarely away from genuine self realization.
Later note (November 2008) - Since writing the above I found that the Church of Scientology is one of the 'front' organizations of the human bot net that I discovered, which latter is, to use a military expression, the top command level of the entirety of the astral ('dark') forces - i.e. what some people would regard as the true 'Satan'. See also Dissolution of the 'Dark Forces' - Fact, or Fiction of the Insane?.
Homoeopathy and natural remedies - a big side-track
Most healers include homoeopathic and natural remedies in their healing strategies for themselves and other people. While the very concept of homoeopathy is totally nonsensical to me, I have no cause to get into the argument over whether it actually works or not. Certainly the placebo effect is real and is not to be sniffed at in the way that the vast majority of medical workers do, and I have a sneaking suspicion that in a fair number of cases homoeopathy would be more accurately named 'placebo therapy' - especially for cases of people buying homoeopathic remedies 'over the counter'. I know people who claim it has done wonders for them, and I know others for whom it has apparently done nothing (including myself).
It is claimed that animals and very young children have had dramatic 'cures' from homoeopathy - which suggests something more than just placebo effect in those particular cases. On the other hand, in all cases it is difficult or impossible to know for sure that it was the homoeopathy itself that brought about the various apparently non-placebo cures or improvements, or whether it was the methodology and outlook surrounding it. Naturally users of homoeopathy would generally be emphatic that both are involved, but as yet I have no pointer to homoeopathy in itself being a useful principle for anything at all. Many homoeopathic practitioners are strong healers anyway, whether or not they recognise the fact, and it looks very likely to me that at least many of the beneficial effects that people are ascribing to homoeopathy are coming from the healing effects of the particular practitioner - the use of homoeopathic 'remedies' simply giving a framework within which the practitioner is unawarely 'giving healing'.
In the case of herbal 'remedies', some herbal extracts are well known to lessen certain symptoms, such as Saw Palmetto and Pygeum bark extract minimizing or even to some extent reversing prostate enlargement.
However, there is a fundamental principle here, which the vast majority of users of such products are overlooking. They are getting carried away with the notion that 'natural' or homoeopathic means 'good' and therefore you take 'natural' medicines instead of ones of synthetic origin. Unfortunately, generally speaking, while homoeopathic 'remedies' would, generally speaking, in themselves be harmless (because they contain effectively no active principle), herbal remedies have their own range of subtle long-term harmful effects, just as do the synthetic drugs and medicines.
Also, the whole notion of using medication (whether natural, homoeopathic or synthetic / allopathic) for a problem is flawed, except for temporarily addressing some troublesome symptom while true holistic healing methods are used to resolve the underlying cause of the problem.
That is the point. Generally people opt for drugs or medicines to try to get rid of symptoms instead of resolving the underlying problem, and the fact of using a 'natural' or homoeopathic medicine rather than a pharmaceutical product actually doesn't change the situation at all. Homoeopathy practitioners generally claim to be getting at the underlying root causes of people's health problems when they give consultations and dispense or prescribe particular homoeopathic 'remedies', but although their approach may be much more holistic than that of the average family GP, they are still working at medication level and not at all getting to or even recognising the true underlying cause of their clients' health problems. Generally speaking, although they may recommend various beneficial lifestyle changes, and so have various beneficial effects, they know nothing of the accumulations of environmental stress effects that have given rise to the health problems that their clients present, and they also know nothing of the entities and astral interferences that will in most cases also be involved in causing those health problems.
So, while I'm not at all saying it's bad in any circumstances to take medication (whether natural or not), I am saying that in NO case does medication (even homoeopathic) resolve the underlying cause of any health issue (at least, at the deepest levels), and that is why I do not include any sort of medication in the listing above of recommended healing and self realization methods. If you are using, for example, the Clarity-Sphere and the Returning Life Sequence, then any apparent need for medication of any sort would steadily dwindle to (for most people) nil at virtually all times, because you would be steadily resolving, even at the very deepest levels, the underlying causes of your health problems - not just the present ones but all potential future ones too.
It is widely claimed that homoeopathy does address and resolve underlying causes of physical problems - but that is a narrow view, not based on the whole picture. You may get a dramatic 'cure' of some problem, yes (though, as I've already suggested, homoeopathy itself may well not be the true curative agent), but that in itself doesn't demonstrate that the deepest underlying cause has been resolved, even if an intermediate underlying cause has been resolved (which again would generally not be demonstrable and would be merely an assumption that is made - underlying causes generally being non-physical and thus not possible for ordinary people to directly observe).
Am I saying, therefore, that it would be best for users of homoeopathy and herbal remedies to simply drop those at once? -- No, not at all. Above, I've simply stated my own best understanding of the situation at the present time. The point is this. My interest is in promoting self realization, which is the fullest, most profound and comprehensive healing that is possible and works on all levels and aspects of your whole being - which no 'remedy' can do, despite claims often made. It is not my business, and would weaken my promotion of genuine self realization, for me to go championing healing methods that may seem to work well for 'curing' particular issues but are at best only partial or even non-measures with regard to true self realization.
Am I saying that homoeopathy is not a self realization method (even when practised 'properly')? Not quite, because I coudn't know such a thing. But nonetheless all the pointers from my own observations and energy testing point to its not being so, even though in some circumstances, on the face of it, it could be quite useful if it isn't used as a substitute for genuine self realization methods.
It is up to each person to get on with their own self realization process from wherever they happen to be at, so opening up their proper grounded deep awareness (as distinct from the highly problematical 'higher awareness' that is ungrounded and opens to the astral sub-reality and all its massive problems). As their awareness deepens, and especially through using energy testing and cultivating direct energy awareness, they would see for themselves whether and to what extent they would do best to revise or discontinue their use of herbal or homoeopathic remedies at any particular time.
The big problem about homoeopathy is not so much homoeopathy itself but the sidetrack that it leads people into - which is not the fault of homoeopathy but of the astral ('dark')-sourced interferences that relentlessly seek to divert people away from genuine self realization.
However, before I leave this subject I have a great big caution to add - leading on from the last statement. This is speculation, but it does fit very neatly into the picture I'm building from my own observations of how the astral ('dark') forces interfere with people.
In Astral Entities - Interference and Attacks from 'The Dark Side', I explain how the astral forces commonly control people by getting them creating astral realms (illusory realities), which are the astral projections of their beliefs. I have a sneaking suspicion that the true reason why homoeopathy appears to many people to work is that the astral forces are using homoeopathy as a means of getting people unawarely creating astral realms out of their belief in homoeopathy. Such astral realms can impinge on the physical reality and could indeed actually cause some people to experience or witness real dramatic cures - and yet the underlying cause of that happening could be thus extremely sinister. This is happening all the time in all spiritual healing traditions. It's all part of the general strategy of the astral forces to set up lures to people who have any sort of motivation for self realization, to lead them into sidetracks in which not only are they diverted from true self realization but, through their illusory realities, they are getting more and more into the clutches of the astral forces - even while appearing to be on extremely positive and beneficial healing paths.
If people would but use energy testing (carefully and vigilantly, as described in my energy testing guide), they need not be concerned about what is true about all this in an absolute sense, for they would be able to find out simply what is in their own best interests from moment to moment.
"Alcohol is beneficial - it's been proved!"
Actually nothing of the sort has been proved or demonstrated, even in the slightest degree! What has been shown in some research studies is that a certain component (NOT alcohol) in certain red wines can for some people reduce the incidence of heart disease.
Similarly, a research finding has recently been publicized which, according to various reports, claims that moderate alcohol consumption reduces your chance of getting rheumatoid arthritis. At least as reported, that supposed research finding is flawed to the point of being plain wrong - for a very simple reason, which few people appear to be interested in because they want to justify their own astral-sourced lust for alcohol. It may be true that, statistically, people who consume a moderate amount of alcoholic drinks may experience reduced rheumatoid arthritis risk, but there have not yet been any research findings that even begin to show what it is in those alcoholic drinks that is having that anti-RA effect. Very likely the effect will be shown to come not from the alcohol at all but from another constituent of those drinks, just as in the case of the effect on the level of heart disease risk.
If you are serious about wanting to reduce risk of heart disease, arthritis of any kind, cancers or indeed any health problem at all, then you would not at all drink stuff which has a huge number of documented harmful effects (and that's in addition to the subtler long-term harmful effects), and would instead use self realization and life force energy cultivation methods such as I list further above on this page. Such methods completely supersede and obliterate any apparent reason to drink alcohol or indeed take any sort of medication supposedly to slightly reduce your chances of having one or two particular health problems while creating a whole lot more problems.
Summary of really helpful and safe healing / self realization products and services
- Real
Health Online - A partnership (Stephen and
Lynda Kane)
dedicated to raising
awareness of energy issues in a fully grounded manner, and how to live
more healthily through
resolving or countering adverse energy effects such as environmental
stress, foreign energies and entities. Their products and services,
which I strongly recommend on the basis of my own experience, include
the
following (these are affiliate links which would gain me a
small percentage from any purchases made through those respective links):
- Energy Egg - a personal environmental stress eliminator - very powerful; I've had very strong positive effects from one of these. I understand that it was my Energy Egg which enabled me about 2½ months after I'd bought it, to get up at 5.20 every morning instead of 6.50 and thus get significantly more into each day, though its benefits have been much more pervasive than just that.
- Guardian Angel - an area environmental stress eliminator which looks like a big brother of the Energy Egg but works on a space (and all who are in that space) rather than being specific to one person. I use one of these as well as the Energy Egg. When you have both they work synergistically, so that you get more powerful protection and self clearance than the sum of their effects individually. As already noted the EE and GA, particularly when used together, work (or strictly, act as facilitators for your own energy system to work) as a powerful tool for various aspects of your self realization process (including entity removal), and so are actually much more than environmental stress eliminators.
- Perfect
Pendulum - Generally speaking, the use of pendulums
is
intrinsically harmful to your energy field, but the Perfect Pendulum is
specially made to be protective rather than harmful when you use it.
However, I caution
about ordinary dowsing and warn
against channelling at all,
but if you are clear that you want to go ahead and use a pendulum, then
this is THE one to go for. It's extremely important to use it only in
the manner described in the instructions which come with it and which
you get in Stephen and Lynda Kane's Energy Awareness Training
workshops, in order to minimize the real danger of astral entities
hijacking the communication channel and gaining power over you.
At Stephen and Lynda's EA workshops you can learn certain internal, non-pendulum methods of testing, which are less easy (though still possible) for entities to hijack. I caution against using involuntary arm movements without a pendulum (which would probably be recommended to you as an alternative to using a pendulum), because in my experience that method is just as prone to entity hijacking as using a pendulum. I use the 'smile' and 'eye focus' test methods in combination. You can learn about these at one of the workshops, or at least they are described in the workshop manual. - Hidden Secrets of Real Health - an extremely helpful e-book detailing many solutions to energy related issues in your life. For many people this would be an excellent introduction to the whole field of living with positive, energy-aware intent for rapid self realization and entity clearance which is promoted by Stephen and Lynda. As you read the e-book, it becomes all the more clear what the advantages are of the Energy Awareness Training workshops and indeed of Stephen and Lynda's various products and services. This is not a matter of simply advertising but actually informing you of how you can dramatically change your life for the better. I say this from experience - though I do have some reservations about the emphasis on and extent of advertising in this e-book; it gives the impression that the authors regard life improvement simply as a commercial product, rather than seeing their life purpose as making self realization available to all.
- Energy awareness training workshops which give you a set of powerfully life-changing tools for self healing and self realization.
- Energy Solutions personal consultations. These, like the workshops, are dramatically life-changing, giving you a set of self empowering measures and practices to help turn your life around, but because they are personalized they are not a duplication of workshop content and thus the most powerful thing (what I did) is to get on one of the workshops and have an Energy Solutions consultation. However, if you took up energy testing and used it really well and with all due caution about likely astral interferences at times, you would be able to find out all you need without recourse to such a consultation.
- The Returning Life Sequence - a DVD from which you can learn to practise the Returning Life for yourself and massively transform your life. It's even more effective if you start learning it at an Energy Awareness Training workshop, but it still works handsomely if you simply teach yourself from the DVD. In any case at the EAT workshop you learn only the first of the three currently available 'flavours' of the Returning Life, so you still need the DVD to learn 'flavours' 2 and 3.
Despite my recommendation, I do have reservations about Stephen and Lynda's outlook and overall methodology, because there are clear signs of some unaware astral involvement.
One such sign is their treating their whole methodology as commercial products rather than seeking to make freely available effective means for self realization for the benefit of people generally. Indeed, Lynda actually contacted me to complain about my having put my adaptations of methods of theirs on this website, claiming that I was infringing their copyright by putting on this site copies of parts of a workshop manual of theirs (and implying that if I didn't withdraw the complained-of material they would have to take some sort of legal action against me). However, reproducing extracts of printed material of theirs was actually something that I had not done even to the slightest extent, and it was clear that what lay behind that accusation was that they really wanted to stop me from making any of their methods, even when further developed by myself, freely available for the benefit of all, and they understood (at least at some level) that their methods themselves were not copyrightable, any more than a recipe is copyrightable - though a book containing it would be copyright. People free of astral interference would support rather than seek to obstruct the free dissemination of the most effective self realization methods available.
Another clear indication of unaware astral involvement is their dealings with 'spirits' and seeing auras and aura structures, and interpreting their methods very much in terms of aura- and chakra-related energy dynamics. It's not that this latter is altogether wrong, but it is pointing people away from tuning into and working from one's own core essence, and is encouraged by the astral forces for that reason.
Likewise, in their various more advanced workshops - beyond the initial Energy Awareness Training workshop - they apparently introduce people to their version of 'spirituality' which involves recognising some sort of 'higher reality' in which there are spirits with whom we can interact. That is pointing people straight into the clutches of the astral forces and away from true self realization. Even the manual for the basic Energy Awareness Training workshop includes various details which point strongly to unhelpful astral connections - such as the names given to certain asanas and mudras.
So, although I recommend their products (but NOT their new "Energywear" clothing, which bears symbols, which, although beneficial at one level, are astral-connecting and thus insidiously harmful in the long term), I counsel that one approaches what they have to offer with aware caution and discrimination.
-
Clear Mind Photos - a growing resource of high-grade photos (yes, my own!) of nature and wild scenery subjects, including cloud formations, which can be valuable Feng Shui enhancements in your living or working space. If you use energy testing you can find out what is best for you in every position in your living / working space, including where to put any picture(s) and of what type of subject.
-
The Biobulb*, for improved lighting in your living space. Dim, and especially tungsten lighting - and indeed candles, which latter are often used because of their supposed spiritual associations, encourages negative and depressive feelings and outlooks and tends to increase the astral connections which we actually need to clear, and is favoured by problematical entities. Indeed, often troublesome entities 'guide' the affected people into installing dim lighting in their abodes. Such poor lighting also often causes or
