Some Potent Self Realization / Healing Practices

Falling Lightning mudra'Falling Lightning'Falling Lightning mudra

Presented here is a small selection of powerful and efficient practices for self realization, self healing and clearing yourself of foreign energies and entities, including all astral ('dark') connections and influences.

Unlike most popular healing methods, these practices are all grounding in effect, and so are especially healthy to use regularly.

Rather funny-peculiarly, I have had one purveyor of self realization methods (who I shall not name here) contact me to complain that I was infringing their copyright in describing various practices / methods on this site and particularly this page - accusing me of cribbing from their workshop manual and strongly implying that I would have to remove the relevant material from this site. Actually I'd done nothing of the sort, and had not infringed any copyright at all. The only problem was the one created by those people who had clearly been astrally led into treating the self realization methods which they'd developed as saleable personal possessions of theirs rather than a birthright of us all and then bizarrely trying to stop other people from making widely available any methods that are the same as or derived from those 'saleable products'. In other words, to such people personal business considerations override the issue of making this world a better place by actively promoting self realization as everyone's birthright.

That is one of the ways that the astral forces seek to misdirect even those people who have found true self realization methods.

I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with making a living from promoting self realization methods. One could sell working manuals, DVDs, Energy Eggs or Clarity-Spheres (etc), and give consultations and workshops while still making the methods themselves freely available - and that would be a very constructive way forward. Because such people are apparently not open to that sort of approach, it is my task at this time to rectify the deficiency and make available what they are unwilling to.

Introduction - Self realization practices with a difference!

I give details below of some simple but very potent practices which will take you forward easily, safely and painlessly in various major aspects of your self healing / self realization process. Although they are effective as they are, their potency can be greatly enhanced by ongoing use of any or - for greatest effect - ALL of the following - though items 2 and 3 would be pretty well redundant if you have a Clarity-Sphere (it would be more effective to get a second Clarity-Sphere rather than either of the other energy device options listed below). By the same token, your use of any of the practices given on this page will greatly increase the effectiveness of any of those energy devices, so in other words there is a marked synergy between these energy devices and the practices.

The practices which I describe on this page each carry out a particular range of functions, so none of them is a full alternative to any other, and anyone truly serious about their self realization would take on ALL of them and use them daily (or as near daily as is physically possible in the light of one's individual circumstances). However, I am not playing 'little dictator' here, and would say that any use at all of any of these practices would bring some benefit, so nobody need be put off using them because they feel that the practices would involve too much commitment. You can see how I myself have fitted in all these practices and a good deal more into my daily life, in My Own Self Realization Path - but I would stress that that is merely an example of extremely effective use of the methods, and is not a stipulation about how anyone else should be going about it.

I have actually had one purveyor of self realization methods (who I shall not name here) contact me to complain that I was infringing their copyright in describing various practices on this site (primarily this page) - accusing me of cribbing from their workshop manual and strongly implying that I would have to remove the relevant material from this site. Actually I'd done nothing of the sort, and had not infringed any copyright at all. The only problem was the one created by those people who had clearly been astrally led into treating self realization methods as saleable personal possessions rather than a birthright of us all and then bizarrely trying to stop other people from making widely available any methods that are the same as or derived from those 'saleable products'.

One could sell working manuals, DVDs, Energy Eggs and Clarity-Spheres (etc), give consultations and workshops while still making the methods themselves freely available - and that would be a very constructive way forward. Because such people are apparently not open to that sort of approach, it is my task at this time to rectify the deficiency and make available what they are unwilling to.

A note especially for medics and mental healthcare workers

I well understand that to anyone who espouses the materialist-reductionist belief system - including most medics and mental healthcare workers - the following practices will all appear to be nonsensical, because they actually work on the person's non-physical aspects, which such people do not recognise. Those people would do well to read and 'take on board' the contents of On the Nature of Reality and Truth, in which I show how actually consciousness or awareness itself is the only 'reality' which we can really 'know', and how we can never know of any enduring 'external' reality. When you truly understand that, then you also understand that our hallowed distinction between physical and non-physical is pure illusion.

Once you've understood that much, then it should come as much less of a shock to the system to find that you can do apparently physical practices which work on invisible, non-physical aspects of ourselves, which, as they become healthier, cause us to become healthier in body as well as mind. That's what all the following practices are about. They are mostly yogic and what you might call 'semi-yogic' practices, but very different from what people widely know as 'Yoga', and some of them are very vigorous.

One thing all these practices have in common, unlike what people widely know as 'spiritual healing', is that they are strongly grounding. That is, they increase your connection with the physical 'reality', and help you get clear of unhealthy connections (which ALL of us have to some extent, including you) with the astral sub-reality of illusion and delusion, which is involved in ALL so-called mental illness and personality disorder issues. Food for thought for hard pressed medical and mental healthcare workers, who surely want their patients or clients to become more in tune with physical 'reality', in a positive way, and no longer dependent on medication or other harmful treatments!

Power Breathing - one big enhancement

Some practices require or at least are greatly enhanced by what I call Power Breathing. This is an enhancement of Complete Breathing with Attention Breath, and I now describe these.

Complete Breathing with Attention Breath

With your spine in good alignment ('straight' but not held rigidly so), you inhale in a steady manner, through your nostrils and with mouth closed, using your intent to direct the breath into your lower abdomen so that you use your diaphragm. As your lungs continue to fill, you then allow the inhalation to expand your chest too. So, each time you inhale, you fill up to your fullest extent from bottom to top, but without forcing anything.

When you exhale, again you do so through your nostrils and with mouth closed, steadily till your lungs feel to be completely empty (actually one's lungs never empty completely), but again without forcing it.

'Attention Breath' simply means that you keep aware of your breathing in the above manner and keep a part of your attention focused on the sensation of the flow of air in and out of your nostrils. Although some teachers would exhort you to put all your attention on that, I see it as much more helpful and healthy to have balanced attention and not to try to exclude thoughts or other experiences from your mind, even though not actually encouraging them either.

In fact, Complete Breathing with Attention Breath is a quite beneficial practice in itself, especially if the tip of your tongue is simultaneously held against the top/front of the palate (where there are some marked indentations). This can be maintained intermittently while getting on with everyday life - but I caution against trying to use it all the time, for if you do that, what you have effectively done is made the 'practice' an attachment, and thus an obstruction to your self realization process. It's important anyway not to let the conscious mind interfere all the time with the body's own natural breathing rhythm, for doing that in itself would accumulate stress and energy imbalance.

Power Breathing

Power breathing is 'Complete Breathing with Attention Breath' as I've described it above, with one important and extremely empowering difference: you do force it! You force the inhalations and the exhalations - AND you force each a little at the end, so you put a little extra effort in emptying your lungs just that little bit more, though without making a big effort of it. And similarly, when you have filled up as much as you would with standard Complete Breathing, you take in just that little bit more - again not making a big effort of it. So, at either end you get into only the start of what you could call the 'straining range' - if that makes sense for you! The procedure, then, is vigorous but not overly stressful.

Now, before anyone blows a fuse, muttering things about hyperventilation and wrapping this Philip Goddard guy round the nearest lamp post for giving such harmful instructions, let me add the very simple measure which you take to ensure that you still get a sensible level of 'ventilation' in your system without overdoing it. The solution really is extremely simple - you PAUSE between each inhalation / exhalation cycle. I myself find it difficult to pause at the 'full' point, so it comes naturally for me to pause at the 'empty' point. You find out by your own 'feel' and experience just how long to pause between each breathing cycle, and, if you're Power Walking you'd find that the length or indeed presence at all of any pauses in the breathing will depend on your speed of walking and the nature of the terrain. Indeed, going up really steep terrain may necessitate cessation of Power Breathing (or indeed Complete Breathing) altogether and breathing through your mouth until you're on more level terrain again.

In order to ensure that you don't err into hyperventilation (which is harmful and ungrounding, and is generally indicated by a feeling of light-headedness, faintness or unsteadiness on your feet), it makes sense that the pause between breathing cycles be held till you feel that you need to breathe again. On the other hand, if you start feeling suffocated, then you're overdoing it and need to reduce the pauses a little.

I strongly recommend Power Breathing to use in every practice where Complete Breathing is appropriate (i.e. not just the practices described by me here on this site), for it will increase the potency of the particular practice, whatever it is. However, it is important NOT to use Power Breathing EXCEPT in specific practices of limited duration, for, like the mudras of the 'strong' modes of Power Walking, it takes up quite a lot of your attention and is in itself somewhat stressful.

Thus Power Breathing is not a practice in itself, but is a major enhancement of those practices in which it can fit. It conveys two broad types of enhancement to any practice:

The End of Practice Procedure

Stephen and Lynda Kane name the hand position that I'm about to describe, "Ascension Mudra". However, that is a very unfortunate name which I don't want to repeat, because it quite erroneously implies some connection with the highly misguided New-Age notions of human 'ascension', whereas really this hand position is about assisting the raising of certain of your life force energies from an unhealthy, distorted state, into a 'pure' and healthy state, and nothing to do with any of those New Age notions (which, as I explain in Astral Entities - Interference and Attacks from 'The Dark Side', are elements of a very pernicious agenda from an extremely unwholesome source).

All this procedure consists of is bringing your hands together as though in praying position, with fingers of each hand together, straight and pointing upwards, but each hand touching the other ONLY at the tips of fingers and thumbs, so that actually your hands would be held roof-wise at an angle of something like 45 degrees to each other. You hold this hand position close to and level with your lower to middle chest area for a moment. If you're in a hurry, you can do just that in, say, a second. However, it is more effective if you hold that position while you hold the tip of your tongue to your palate and go through one or even, for maximum effect, two Power Breathing cycles. It is thus still a very brief end-of-practice procedure, even when done for optimal effectiveness.

What this procedure does is to considerably extend the period of operation of the main practice you've just done. The actual physical carrying out of a practice is really only the initiation of a more extended and complex energy process, but this tends to tail off over perhaps an hour or two if you don't do anything to extend it. The End of Practice Procedure brings about such an extension, so that typically a practice that you've been doing will continue working at the subtle energy level for some 24 hours before its effects have faded away altogether. I should stress that here I'm talking of the activity fading away - NOT your benefits, which, at least theoretically, actually increment with each use of each practice (assuming you don't waste your time by repeating particular practices too soon!).

It's very important to keep clear in your mind that this brief hand configuration is NOT any sort of praying or reverential gesture, nor (part of) a ritual, but is simply a straightforward energy-active procedure in the same way that you turn on a tap in order to allow some water to flow for you to use. Indeed, it is very helpful to regard every part of every practice below in the same light. Anything that is not purely functional is best not done at all, because otherwise you'd be getting into the realms of ritual. Ritual cultivates connection with the astral ('dark') forces, which would be an obstruction for any true self realization process.

The Gaining Depth Asana - An additional 'end of practice' procedure, plus!

This static asana (energy-active position or body configuration) is what Stephen and Lynda Kane call the Nosis Asana. It consists of being seated with more or less upright back (though for this purpose the back can be supported against the back of a chair), and with your legs crossed at your ankles. (Crossing of the legs above the knees is always harmful and to be avoided like the plague!)

Meanwhile you have the tip of your tongue to the top/front of your palate, and, although it isn't of overriding importance, you can assist things by using Complete Breathing (nothing stronger) for part of the time.

This is basically a relaxed asana, which you can maintain while getting on with things such as reading, writing or working at the computer. It's best to periodically cross your legs the other way round, and, as far as reasonably possible without stress, you need to keep the soles of both feet on the floor / ground.

It is particularly beneficial to use this asana as soon as reasonably possible after you've had a session of practices such as the Returning Life Sequence, Power Walking, Falling Lightning, or giving yourself or others healing (using the Clarity-Sphere of course! wink ). Used in this manner, this asana further increases and extends the effectiveness of the practices you've just been doing. It isn't a substitute for the 'end of practice' procedure, but rather, it adds further enhancements.

For myself about an hour per day of this asana is indicated as beneficial. Using it for longer is not in itself harmful, except that it could become just another habit - an attachment in other words - and thus actually become a small but significant obstacle. The same of course is true of any practice. It's important to use any practice only for as long as your energy testing indicates that it's 'strengthening' for you to be using it, so that you don't go unawarely sliding into 'attachment mode' and thus getting into habits and losing your self realization focus.

Ensuring that your benefits from the practices INCREMENT rather than just go up and down

When people do self healing practices, or receive some healing or therapy from another person, typically they feel 'recharged', but then to a considerable extent their overall state declines until they have their next 'recharge'. This happens because they are still not fundamentally changing the way they live, and are still making many everyday choices that are weakening for them.

That is NOT how the true self realization process operates. If you're serious about self realization, rather than just 'bumping along the bottom' with occasional 'recharges', then you're into a different mindset, in which you seek to make every aspect of your life strengthening for you and supportive to your self realization. That is what I call living with intent, and it involves consistently seeking to choose whatever is most strengthening for you (i.e. for your deepest or ultimate good) and not necessarily what you immediately 'want'. When you are living with intent, at least to a fair degree, your practices - especially ones free of astral connections such as those given on this page - are not 'recharges' but incremental strengthenings or 'upward' steps, so that you are going from strength to greater strength every day, and are on a strong and consistent upward trend in the happiness and meaningful abundance of your life, and indeed your overall health.

You can greatly support and underpin your living with intent by a regular reading to yourself of my set of affirmations for self realization and fundamental healing. However, on the most immediate and practical note, two invaluable introductory guides for living with intent are Stephen and Lynda Kane's e-book Hidden Secrets of Real Health and my own energy testing guide. They both in their different ways introduce you to the methodology of energy testing and developing the proper grounded energy awareness that enables you to effortlessly and securely live with intent (joyfully!), and Hidden Secrets gives you masses of detail pointers to enable you to start turning your life around right now, even before getting on one of their Energy Awareness Training workshops (which would get you going considerably more powerfully).

Power Walking

Power walking is a special type of meditation, and, because formal sitting meditation is ungrounding and can be harmful in other ways too, especially when done a lot, I strongly recommend that Power Walking replace ALL formal sitting meditation that you may have been doing up to this point.

Unlike sitting meditation, Power Walking works extremely potently in an active and grounding way to carry out a range of important healing functions, including the clearance of old emotional issues, traumas and attachments - whether they are truly yours or those of attached entities (particularly 'lost' human souls*) that are adversely affecting you. I got the basic Power Walking method from Stephen and Lynda Kane at one of their Energy Awareness Training workshops, but have enhanced the method's effectiveness and added three further Power Walking modes to the original two.

* This is a little-known but nearly universal phenomenon, which is something different from 'spirit attachments', which are discarnate human consciousnesses. I explain about their significance in Astral Entities - Interference and Attacks from 'The Dark Side'.

Common to the five different Power Walking modes are the following:

'Strong' Power Walking

Mode 1 - Releasing Old Fears

Use what I am calling the Power Middle Finger Mudra. For obvious reasons, in many cultures (including my own) it is wise not to display this one in public pointing anything like upwards!

Power Middle Finger mudra

Notionally, this mudra is the Clawed Hand Mudra (see below), but with the middle finger tautly outstretched. However, I don't know about you, but I myself find it not merely painful to attempt but actually physically impossible, and what I end up with is simply the loosest possible fist with the middle finger tautly outstretched. My energy testing indicates that this works fine, but is definitely helped if you still think of your hand configuration as NOT being a fist but instead still being your best attempt at the Clawed Hand Mudra.

I warn now that this and the next mudra are very uncomfortable - even quite painful when you are not used to them - and it's important to maintain the maximum tautness despite the discomfort.

However, to put this in its proper perspective, I find that every time I'm doing these Power Walking practices, the mental and emotional sense of wellbeing and emerging inner power is so pronounced that I'm still strongly motivated to use the practices despite the temporary physical discomforts. I also find that despite a slight arthritic condition of my finger joints, no deleterious effects have shown up at all.

Mode 2 - Releasing Old Relationships / Attachments

For this one use the Clawed Hand Mudra.

Clawed Hand mudraClawed Hand mudra

For this mudra you curve your fingers and thumb inwards as far as you can, while you are simultaneously pulling them back at the base as hard as you can - so that the fingers and thumb are like claws or talons and touch neither each other nor any part of the palm. It is important to hold the hand as tautly like this as possible. Because of the discomfort you may need to take the odd brief break while using this mudra (or the Power Middle Finger mudra). That's fine and won't hurt the practice in any way. Indeed, through being flexible enough to look after yourself well you actually slightly increase the practice's effectiveness.

Mode 3 - Releasing Old Griefs

For this, use the Taut Acceptance Mudra - a variant of what was given to me as the Acceptance Mudra.

Taut Acceptance Mudra

To create the true Acceptance Mudra you simply have tips of thumb and forefinger touching while the other three fingers are reasonably straight, and hold this mudra with palm facing upwards. There are variants of this, simply with palms facing in different directions, which are given different names and serve somewhat different purposes. This variant differs not only in its being used with your hand pointing downwards and the back of your hand facing forwards, but you are holding those straight three fingers tautly straight, and if you notice the tautness starting to relax, you restore the tautness. It is this tautness which distinguishes this mudra from that used in Gentle (Relaxed) Power Walking (see below), and it makes a BIG difference to the mudra's energy effects.

Mode 4 - Goodbye, melancholy!

For this you use the Splayed Hands Mudra, in which all your fingers are splayed out as wide apart as possible - a bit tautly but not enough to be really stressful.

As you walk, this time you do so with your palms facing inwards, towards yourself.

Gentle (Relaxed) Power Walking

Yes, it's really nice when all that intensity has stopped! You've excruciated yourself (perhaps) with the mudras for the 'strong' Power Walking, and now you can enjoy being fully relaxed as you continue walking (or simply are walking on another occasion when it's not appropriate to be doing the 'strong' versions). However, even now you can greatly benefit yourself by a much gentler sort of Power Walking, which adds no discomfort and virtually no effort to your walking - and doesn't look so strange to ordinary mortals that you couldn't do it around town.

For this you use what I'm calling the Relaxed Acceptance Mudra.

Relaxed Acceptance Mudra

This is the easiest of the mudras I know - both to form and to maintain, for the hand is allowed to hang loosely - as loosely as possible - and the only thing that is done to maintain the mudra is to keep tip of thumb and forefinger touching, as gently as reasonably possible. Although the other three fingers are notionally straight even here, they are not actually held straight or in any particular position, and are allowed to be as they want to be. Best to think of them as being so loose that the bones are slightly hanging out of the joints! That encourages healthy relaxation of the muscles.

In Gentle Power Walking you actually let go of the very notion 'I am power-walking', and simply enjoy your walking and keeping it as relaxed as possible (the Alexander Technique greatly helps), whether it be in town or country. You have tips of thumb and forefinger gently touching and the tip of your tongue still to your palate as already described. You can at times do Complete Breathing, though I recommend that this not be maintained for long when you're in this Gentle Power Walking mode, but Power Breathing is definitely 'out'. You still benefit from a bit of emphasis on distant focus of your gaze, but in this mode you don't make such a big issue of it. Everything is more relaxed and flexible.

You can do any walking, anytime, in this mode - even all day, though I recommend that it not be used in a rigidly continuous manner for very long periods, or it would start becoming one of your attachments and thus an obstacle for you. So, it's the sort of thing to keep coming back to at times while you're out and about.

End of Practice Procedure for Gentle Power Walking

This mode of Power Walking, because it is gentle and you use it quite a bit of the time, does not particularly need the End of Practice Procedure, but you can still get a little benefit through using it on the odd occasion when you're aware that you've just stopped holding the mudra, or at the end of a walk.

Some general notes for all four modes

Pick and choose, or use all?

You may be aware of specific issues of yours which you want to address using specific Power Walking modes. However, what your conscious mind thinks doesn't all that often tally with what is actually best for you. Generally speaking, although it's greatly beneficial to do any Power Walking at all, in any mode(s) that you happen to choose, it's best, whenever practical, to fit all four 'strong' modes into a session, and also get in some of the Gentle mode as well, whether or not in that particular session. If you use the energy testing method that I've already referred to, you would be able to tell to what extent to use any particular Power Walking mode, but the general best practice is to give about equal time to all four 'strong' modes.

The problem about being picky is not that you'd do too much of one mode but simply that you'd most likely be denying yourself some important clearance because of your not using particular modes.

One-handed operation

I think it's pretty obvious that while your hands are holding things you can't really do Power Walking. So, if you regularly use a pair of trekking poles when you go walking or hiking, then you've got a little problem. In fact, using a pair of such poles is not the beneficial thing which at the moment it is almost universally being made out to be, as I explain in my Favourite Hiking Routes page. There are indeed various reasons why it's best not to use even one walking stick at all except where the terrain is seriously uneven or you have very unstable ankles. If you have the latter issue, as indeed I had myself at one time, the primary way to clear that problem is through using the Returning Life Sequence and the practices described on this page - though it would most likely take some months or even a year or two for the instability to go completely.

However, if you are using just one walking stick (which is what I myself do on certain particularly uneven and hard-going walking routes) or are holding, say, a shopping bag in one hand, then you can hold the mudra with the free hand - BUT in this case it's important to remember to periodically switch the use of the hands, so that the mudra is held for a roughly equal duration by both hands. As you can imagine, this is not as effective as holding the mudra with both hands simultaneously, but is still effective enough to be very much worth doing - especially if you're Power-Breathing.

If you do a session of Power Walking in this manner, it is very helpful (though not essential) to do just a little two-handed Power Walking in each of the modes before you finish that for the day - again remembering to use the End of Practice Procedure at the end.

Gloves and mitts - not altogether a problem!

To some extent, wearing of gloves or mitts tends to reduce the effectiveness of Power Walking, but my own experimentation and energy testing has shown that, with a positive intent to make it still work well, you can very effectively Power Walk while wearing gloves or mitts - especially good news for people with the so-called Raynaud's disease.

Indeed, especially mitts have an especial advantage, because when you're wearing them you can happily Power Walk even around town without any risk of people thinking you're an escape from the nearest psychiatric unit! That is, the mitts nicely conceal your strange-looking mudras - though some people may still give you slightly odd looks because you are still visibly holding your hands rather stiffly at slightly strange angles for walking.

On the other hand both gloves and mitts do reduce the effectiveness of the Taut and Relaxed Acceptance Mudras, because really the tip of thumb and forefinger need to be touching for maximum effect. However, if you press the thumb and forefinger tips firmly together you both reduce the distance between them by compressing the material of the gloves / mitts, and, through your focused intent that the thumb and forefinger tips really are touching, you make them operate in energy terms much more as though they really are touching. So, provided you operate in this way, Power Walking with gloves or mitts can be almost as effective as doing it bare handed. The slight reduction in effectiveness simply means that its energy processes are slightly less fast and thus you'd need to do the odd minute or two more of each mode for the same degree of benefit.

Grounding Post

Grounding Post is an extremely simple and focused procedure for clearing problematical and distorted energies from your system. These can include energy implants, thought forms, beliefs, trauma memories, apparent past life memories, and any painful or problematical emotions. I have called the procedure Grounding Post because you use a wooden post to ground and disperse the problematical energies (which are subsequently returned to your system transformed into healthy, fully life-supporting energy). Also, to a fair extent the use of this procedure helps ground your awareness.

This is a lovely procedure to use when out on walks in the country (on which indeed you may also be doing some Power Walking). When you come upon a suitable fence or stile post, or indeed wooden bollard, you can make a major impact on a significant issue of yours, painlessly, almost effortlessly, within half a minute - so that at a really inviting post you might well dispose of two or three significant issues all within just a short pause on the walk. There is something wonderfully joyful and empowering about using the procedure, as I hope you will find out yourself.

In the case of implants, for anyone who has a 'Guardian Angel' / 'Archangel' and an Energy Egg the procedure given further below for removing entities and implants is more powerful and works well on implants without their needing to be identified or located within your system as they need to be in the procedure I describe below. However, there is nothing to stop you using both methods and so getting still greater benefit.

Although Grounding Post is completely safe I cannot yet fully vouch for its effectiveness, though I have used it a fair bit now primarily for thought forms, and my 'reading' and energy testing suggests that in many cases, if carried out with due awareness, it would be very effective indeed, although not necessarily completely clearing the particular issue in one 'try'. It is always worth doing, because the very worst that could happen is nothing, and actually normally you would be clearing some problematical energies from your system and weakening the particular implants or thought forms even if they're not fully cleared at that time.

Indeed, having been using Grounding Post for a little while now, my 'reading' is that through repeatedly using it (for clearing different thought forms), the efficacy of the method has steadily increased. I expect that this would be the case for anyone, and this points to the value of regularly using this method as an ongoing activity.

Also, what I'm finding (according to my energy testing) is that typically my use of the method for any one thought form (less than half-a-minute's work) clears quite a large proportion of the thought form's energy, and the remainder, which is being held in place by astral ('dark') entities, then starts spontaneously dissipating despite the entities' 'best' efforts to keep it in place, and would be more or less completely gone in a matter of weeks or at most a month or so, with no further action being required for the particular issue. How's that for efficiency! (Assuming of course that my 'reading' by means of energy testing proves to be correct.)

I do not regard Grounding Post as a replacement for ongoing use of the yogic practices such as the Returning Life Sequence, Falling Lightning and Power Walking, ongoing use of which would be progressively dissolving ALL problematical energy configurations in your system, including implants and thought forms, without your having to identify any of them - but it would be a quick way of clearing certain specific issues of this type of which you are aware, without having to wait for them to disappear during the overall, more gradual clearance process.

The basis of this procedure was given to me by the psychic surgeon Chris Thomas. Although I have elsewhere on this site pointed to serious problems of his with regard to his being deceived and manipulated by astral forces and having some quite misguided notions about healing and related issues, that doesn't mean that everything he or any such person says or does is wrong or 'bad' - and this procedure is a case in point, though it did contain some seriously problematical elements which I've filtered out to remove all possible astral involvement.

Find yourself a gate post or other vertical wooden post or bollard with bare wood exposed on top, or indeed a suitably positioned tree stump. A sufficiently wide stump of a tree branch can be used, provided the top of it is more or less vertical and the cut surface is on average more or less horizontal. The top surface is best more or less flat or domed, horizontally oriented, but other directions of cut will still work reasonably, provided that they are more or less across the grain, which needs to run vertically from the top of the post down into the ground. In the case of tree and branch stumps there may be some natural curvature of the grain, and that is all right. These considerations are important as the wood will absorb the problematical energies and they will then dissipate and become grounded, destroying the structure of any thought forms or devices.

N.B. For greatest effectiveness, the top of the post, stump or bollard would be of sufficient diameter for the whole of the palm sides of both hands to be in contact with it (including fingertips, with the fingers outstretched (together, not splayed out) and flush on the surface). A narrower post works fine, but it's definitely more powerful if you do use one with such a wide-diameter top. Wooden bollards by waterways and harbours can be particularly good for this.
For this method to work well for implants you need to have a reasonable idea where each particular implant is in your system. I have tried the method for an implant that I hadn't located (working thus as for removing thought forms), and it appeared not to work significantly.
  • Standing in front of the post, bollard or stump, think clearly to yourself that you intend to remove the particular thought form, painful emotion feelings or implant and, with your intent, transfer it into your cupped hands which you are holding out just in front of you, just above the top of the post. It is best NOT to visualize any such process in any detailed way but to just allow yourself a sense of some sort of distorted energy gathering in your cupped hands, expecting the process to be completed in some 10 to 15 seconds. You make this more effective if you are using Power Breathing.

If the issue is an implant, for the above to work well you would really need to know reasonably well where the implant is located in relation to your body.
  • After that brief pause, quickly turn your cupped hands over (maintaining contact at the heels of the hands as you turn them over, bringing them together again edgewise, thumb against thumb) and, in the same movement place them firmly and squarely over the top of the post, so releasing the problematical energy into the wood, from where it will dissipate into the ground. Hold your hands there for a moment - say five seconds. Again, you make this process more effective if you continue using Power Breathing.

  • If you were attempting to remove an implant, in order to remove any remaining thought form replica of it (which would almost certainly be present), focus as clearly as you can in your mind on that thought form as a replica of the device, and repeat the above procedure with that replica.

  • For greatest effectiveness, immediately follow this procedure with the Practice Closing Procedure which is given on this page - continuing Power Breathing until you've finished that. However, if you have a Clarity-Sphere and are carrying with you a Clarity-Sphere Sentinel, then you use a different closing procedure as follows:

Hold the Sentinel (a specially programmed small 'egg' of aventurine, jade or other stone) vertically with all fingertips, with the broad end against the middle of the top of the post / stump, and maintain your gaze on it while you go through two cycles of 'extra complete' breathing (like power breathing but not forced except a little at the full and empty points), with the tip of your tongue against your palate.

I should mention here that in Chris's original of this procedure he described the phenomenon that I call a thought form replica as a memory of the implant left in your DNA. If you encounter such a notion anywhere, it's as well to bear in mind that that is part of a big astral-sourced myth concerning the purported role of DNA in some purported big step forward for Humanity such as 'full consciousness' or 'ascension', which is actually a scheme from the astral ('dark') forces to ensnare a huge number of people in an illusory reality and thus the astral forces' agenda of taking full control of those people for an extremely pernicious purpose as described in Astral Entities - Interference and Attacks from 'The Dark Side'. On this site I do my best to point to insights and methodology that are free from all such troublesome influences.

In the case of removing implants, it is important always to finish off the removal procedure by repeating it for the removal of the thought form replica of the implant you have just attempted to remove, for virtually all energy implants are accompanied by thought form replicas of themselves. Indeed, if you have ever had supposedly temporary healing implants put into your system by a healer or psychic surgeon (always seriously misguidedly!), even if the implants had dissolved as they were meant to (in some cases they don't and need to be removed), their thought form replicas would in most cases still be present, being maintained by the astral ('dark') forces, and causing various problems in your system, including increased openness and vulnerability to the astral forces.

For a specific implant you don't need to have an extremely precise knowledge of its location, because your own energy system can to a certain extent compensate for an error in positioning of your mental focus on the implant - but there are limits to how far such compensation can go. There is no harm at all, however, in doing some 'belt and braces' work, repeating the procedure using different guesstimates of where a particular device might be (remembering each time to repeat the procedure to remove any remaining thought form replica of the device).

But then again, if you use energy testing you would be able to ascertain where any particular device is, and also whether the procedure has worked on it and indeed on the thought form replica. Indeed, you would also (I hope!) energy-test first of all to see if it would be worthwhile / helpful for you to use that particular procedure in the first place. After all, I might have written a lot of useless astral-sourced fiction on this page - vigilance is always a great policy!

Notes about clearing thought forms and emotional material

There is never cause to worry about whether something such as an apparent past life memory would be appropriate to submit to Grounding Post for dissolution. Only what is not serving your deepest and ultimate good would be dissolved or disappear, so, if in doubt at all over something, just go ahead anyway and do it! If, for example, you make as though to dissolve a particular memory, if that memory needs to be kept (it would need to be kept if and only if it is genuinely yours and of this lifetime), then the memory would not dissolve, BUT a considerable proportion (or perhaps all) of any problematical energies associated with it (such as trauma) would be dissolved. In other words, it would be 'cleaned up'.

If you have a specific entity problem, it can be worthwhile treating it as though it were a thought form and using Grounding Post on it. This has two advantages. One is that you may by that means actually dissipate some thought form material related to real entities which are interfering with you. The other is that, particularly if you have already been doing extensive self realization and clearance work, the particular entities may have actually already gone (though that wouldn't be the case for astral interferences), and what you are experiencing then is (yes, I say it again!) a thought form replica of the departed entity. If the latter is the case, you may experience a dramatically rapid cessation of the particular issue just through using that simple and quick procedure a few times or maybe even just once.

Emotional traumas cause one to create thought forms aplenty, so theoretically, on clearing an emotional trauma one would then be left with thought forms which mimic it, still to clear - thanks to the astral forces maintaining them, for otherwise they would simply disperse alongside the traumas which they are derived from. However, in practice if you use Grounding Post to simply clear the problematical feelings and beliefs, without identifying them specifically as emotional trauma or thought forms, then you will be clearing whatever presents itself and there is no need to concern yourself whether what you're dealing with at any particular time is trauma, memory, thought form or indeed anything else. Easy!

Thought forms may seem to you to be rather an exotic sort of thing, but actually we ALL carry thought forms which we have picked up from all manner of people and sources. Also we unawarely create them and affect other people with them. I strongly recommend that the 'wooden post' method described above be used to clear thought forms which you may have received from parents, partners (especially abusive ones), teachers and lecturers of any type, and doctors of any type. Doctors and therapists particularly tend to unawarely implant thought forms into everyone with whom they deal - not just patients / clients.

Psychiatric doctors, and any type of therapist or healer who uses hypnosis among their methods, are among the worst offenders, because, generally speaking, they have strong patterns of wanting to control others (they usually do not recognise this at all themselves!), and it is these patterns which have put them into their professional positions. This happens regardless of how 'nice' the doctor or therapist may appear to be. The most problematical thought forms involved are pretty well invariably relating to power / control issues and they help predispose people to be deferential to those doctors and therapists and accept their control and supposed superiority. Those thought forms remain with the affected people and generally have a disempowering effect on them, so helping to keep them steered away from true self realization. The passing on of such thought forms from doctors and therapists is so normal that hardly anyone bats an eyelid at it happening, yet actually it is all the working of the 'dark forces' and extremely unhealthy for us all.

The simple and straightforward way of greatly expediting the clearance from yourself of such material - unless you know of specific thought forms to process - is to use your intent to visualize (in a vague sort of way) the particular doctor or other person in your cupped hands, together with all the thought forms, status, power and control agendas and any sort of emotional pressures from them, and then use the 'wooden post' procedure just as with a single thought form. This is extremely unlikely to completely clear everything relating to the particular person, but it is bound to clear a significant proportion, and is worth repeating a few times on, say, a monthly basis - though my current 'reading' is that most likely the remains of the particular thought form complex would spontaneously dissipate over a few weeks or perhaps a month or two, with no further action required.

Finally, as a cue and prompting for your using Grounding Post for clearing issues of your own, I list here a selection of thought forms and other things which I have delivered into wooden posts to my considerable benefit. I should explain that nearly all the thought forms and issues which I have been clearing are originated NOT from experiences of mine (and are thus NOT my own issues at all) but have been left in my system by the large collection of parasitic lost souls which were attached to me (apparently all finally released in October 2007). The strength of the nasty feelings associated with various of them has been caused by astral entities attacking me to give nightmarishly or even hellishly exaggerated experiences of the particular emotion feelings.

A more powerful variant of Grounding Post for users of the Clarity-Sphere™

This is described in the Clarity-Sphere's User Guide. It enables you to more aggressively and efficiently clear ALL thought forms, rendering largely redundant the method described above for individual thought forms. However, it goes a lot further and similarly gives a mighty strong 'push' to clearance of any implants and entities too. Also, its use for entity clearance enables a healing connection to be made with most or possibly all attached lost souls (including the really troublesome ones such as partial walk-ins) so that they then receive healings that weaken their hold on the person, while the person also receives entity clearance healing, so this method is doubly powerful.

"Just one problem - I don't have a suitable post available!"

If you have a Clarity-Sphere you can actually use it as though it were the top of a suitable post, as explained in the C-S User Guide.

Falling Lightning

This is a powerful chi or Ki cultivation practice, which greatly boosts specific types of life force energy within your system. You choose what type of chi energy to boost on a particular occasion by doing the practice facing a particular direction.

To use this practice really effectively, therefore, you need to know which is the most effective direction to face at that particular time when you carry out the practice. This comes naturally for anyone who has learnt the (grounded) energy awareness methods taught by Stephen and Lynda Kane, from whom I got the basic Falling Lightning practice. You can still benefit yourself quite a lot by doing Falling Lightning without having such energy awareness, but it will be quite a bit less effective, for if you do it in a direction which at that point isn't needing particular boosting, although you'd not harm yourself you would be wasting your time and energy because little would be happening.

Let's explain how I myself find which direction to face for each Falling Lightning session (and indeed for ANY other practice for which direction has an effect - which includes the Returning Life sequence).

This mode of finding the optimum direction is a bit different from how Stephen and Lynda Kane taught it, because they were giving the passed-on and not really correct notion that our different types of chi energy are neatly pigeon-holed into 8 discrete categories corresponding with the 'official' 8 main compass directions. My own finding, through using my energy testing, is that our chi energy is not compartmentalized like that, and so it is much more helpful and effective to completely disregard any notion of the compass points when you test for the best direction to face when doing a particular practice at the present time.

So, you have established which direction to face for this session, or, if you lack any means of testing like that, you have simply used your best intuition (which may be quite inaccurate because interfering astral entities may actually give you that feeling of intuition in order to get you doing the practice in an ineffective direction). Now for Falling Lightning itself.

Falling Lightning mudra
The Taut Acceptance Mudra as used in Falling Lightning

Please note that your breathing while practising Falling Lightning is NOT Complete Breathing nor Power Breathing. Indeed, if you used either of those you would get monstrously hyperventilated! The breathing used here is a different type of breathing called weaving breaths. In this breathing mode (also used in the Returning Life Sequence and certain other practices which I'm using), you breathe in quite forcefully through the nostrils and out between partly closed lips, and they are NOT complete breaths, in that you don't seek to fully fill or empty the lungs. Indeed, in some applications of weaving breaths (such as in the entity clearance method described further below) they are very short and quick breaths indeed.

My own speed of execution of Falling Lightning (and indeed the Returning Life Sequence) is commonly at or close to two weaving breath cycles per second, so this is fast and vigorous. This, I find, does usually make my nasal passages uncomfortable, but there seems to be no lasting problem arising from this.

If my own experience is anything to go by, you may well feel the need during the practice, to clear your nasal passages or burp, swallow or fart - and it's absolutely fine to pause the practice to make yourself comfortable, and then to resume where you left off.

Later note (October 2008) - As I made my use of the Clarity-Sphere and other practices like Grounding Post and Power Walking more efficient, I came to find my energy testing indicating that Falling Lightning had become redundant for me. My current energy testing indications are that in the light of the effectiveness now of the other practices and methods that I present on this and related pages, you may well have no need nor cause to use this practice, - and indeed you really don't need it at all if you are actively using a Clarity-Sphere and Power Walking and Grounding Post and the Returning Life Sequence.

An enhancement to Falling Lightning

I have come up with two major enhancements in the effectiveness of Falling Lightning.

You can make Falling Lightning not only considerably more effective but considerably more enjoyable to do - by an amazingly simple means - something I took from the Stephen and Lynda Kane's Returning Life sequence, where this enhancement is used. To make this enhancement, you simply put your centre of gravity over one foot (while remaining upright and not actually leaning over to that side) for two breathing cycles / downward 'stabs', and then you move your centre of gravity over your other foot for the next two, and so on. That transforms the whole practice into a joyful, dance-like affair, greatly lightening (sic) the feel of it.

The other enhancement, which seems to go naturally with the more dance-like quality of the practice with the above enhancement, is to allow the intensity of your arm movements and breathing to build up in a crescendo towards the end, finishing on a climactic final 'stab' (just one on that side). This is more strenuous, but I understand it to be very much more effective in energy terms (and thus the all-important chi cultivation effects) when done like this.

Energy Awareness Eye Movements / Grounded Awareness Eye Movements

This practice came to me from Stephen and Lynda Kane, but in a basic form with no suggestions for optimizing the practice's effectiveness. They called it Dyana Eye Weaving. I have chosen to give the enhanced practice two names, which are both nicely descriptive, but differ simply in their appropriateness for use in the different contexts of, on the one hand, people who are personally into healing and self realization, and, on the other hand, medical and mental healthcare workers to whom the whole notion of non-physical energies is currently too difficult to swallow. So, the different names are not meant to imply different versions of the practice.

Its primary purpose is to strengthen and activate a particular energy centre which is responsible for grounded (i.e. healthy) non-physical energy awareness. Ongoing use of this practice steadily increases your grounded energy awareness and makes energy testing become more reliable and decreasingly prone to any sort of interference from entities, and assists you towards direct energy sensing, which in most situations is a superior replacement for testing. It also makes it increasingly easy to distinguish between genuine answers or 'readings' and any interference.

The basic practice is simply as follows. With eyes closed, you move the eyes to point:

Generally speaking, you repeat this sequence a number of times in a session, but even one instance of that sequence fitted into an odd moment is highly beneficial.

As to the number of times to repeat the sequence, there is no specific maximum or minimum, but in my own experience I find 5 to be a convenient number for a short session (particularly in view of my doing this at least 4 times most days). However, I do caution about one thing. It is very important NOT to deliberately go for so-called sacred numbers, because of their connection in the human consciousness with the astral ('dark') forces. There's no problem with the numbers in themselves, so they don't need to be actually avoided, but the problems come when the numbers are deliberately chosen for their supposedly having some special significance. When you do that you slightly increase the hold of the astral forces upon you. The numbers which are particularly worth not choosing are 9 (especially), 7 and even 3, and multiples (including squares or cubes) of any of these.

You can do this practice while sitting, lying or even standing (though would you normally be standing with your eyes shut?). You can do it when you've just got into bed, and I think some people find it helpful for getting speedily to sleep. I personally find it a bit distracting when used in the latter situation, so I do it actually while doing my 4-times-a-day lie-downs on the floor, which I do nominally as part of my application of the Alexander Technique.

Optimizing the practice's effectiveness

In my experience, without any guidance to the contrary, the tendency in doing this practice is to flick the eyes in each of the indicated directions. This has two particular disadvantages:

For optimal execution of the practice,

An enhancement of the practice for Clarity-Sphere users

You have your Clarity-Sphere Sentinel to hand, and, for the first set of the four main eye movements, you hold the Sentinel with its broad end against your mid-brow position, and at the end of each of those four main eye movements you pause and swallow once (with your eyes still closed). You do not need to have anything to swallow; it's the actual swallowing movement that is important. After you've completed that, having thus paused and swallowed four times, you then can put the Sentinel down and continue repeating the eye movements as normal. When you have finished, a particularly effective close-of-practice procedure is to hold the Sentinel again on your mid-brow position (with eyes now open) and swallow once. All done!

A special application of this practice - for night terrors and related 'dark' or hallucinatory displays

Displays of night terrors material - whether experienced as standard night terrors or as 'dark' or hallucinatory displays by night or day - are caused by astral ('dark') entities and would not occur if the person's awareness were sufficiently grounded. The weakness of grounding of the person's awareness has caused their awareness spontaneously to open into the astral sub-reality of illusion and delusion, and the astral entities then have exploited the situation. This practice assists the person greatly with this problem in two related ways:

The best way of using the practice when a night-terrors-type of display (or indeed any sort of visual display that is not simply physical vision or something organically derived such as a migraine aura) has arisen, is NOT to avoid the display altogether, because you need to work with full awareness of what you are doing. Trying to escape from the display altogether is unaware behaviour which would obstruct your cultivating the grounded awareness which would clear this issue.

So, what I recommend is to look at the display for a few seconds - and to look with attention to detail and really see what's being shown to you, but merely as an observer, remembering that it's just a display, never mind what nasty feelings you may be having (almost certainly an attack from the entities and not a genuine emotional response of your own) - and then to let go of it and carry out the practice for anything from one to ten repetitions. No need to count the repetitions - just do what seems comfortable for you and seems to have disrupted and more or less stopped the display. Then, in the event of the display recurring you repeat the practice.

Often just one or two short sessions of the practice done like that will be enough to stop the display for the time being, but in the case of more intrusive and persistent displays you may need to repeat this quite a number of times. In this event I recommend doing just one or two repetitions of the practice each time, to avoid fatigue of the eye muscles.

If you make a point of using this practice every day, whether or not you are getting the display then, you will be making yourself progressively more resistant to unhelpful, astrally sourced perceptions generally, including night-terrors-type displays.

This is thus an extremely important practice for anyone who is experiencing supposed mental illness and 'psychosis' resulting from drugs such as cannabis - for the major part of what such people are experiencing comes the drug-related ungrounding of their awareness and their consequent opening to the astral sub-reality.

On the other hand, more recently I found I could achieve the same result with much less effort and distraction by simply focusing my attention on the insides of my eyelids without recourse to specific eye movements. This effectively grounds my visual awareness and so immediately tunes me out of the astral sub-reality and all its 'video nasties' which include all types of night terror visuals. Although doing this doesn't have the cumulative healing effects of using the eye movements practice, it can be helpful where, as in my case, the eye movements tend themselves to be a distraction from getting to sleep.

Happy Anus

This is a new practice which I came up with myself through my energy testing procedure, and because it is new it would be wise to regard this for the time being as experimental, and to use energy testing yourself to see if it would be of possible benefit to you, and to monitor its effects for you if you do try it.

As I understand it, interfering astral entities are the primary cause of overtightness and spasms of the anus and bladder sphincter, and the various resultant problems like difficulty in peeing and in making bowel movements, and issues with anal fissures (often agonizingly painful and difficult to heal), aggravated haemorrhoids and anal abscesses. As I understand it, the entities do this very unappealing sort of interference primarily because what they do in your energy system to achieve those physical effects interferes with your grounding. To them, the misery they cause by this sort of interference is, then, not usually their primary aim but is a welcome bonus, but may at times be used deliberately to cause pain or a sense of menace.

The good news is that you can use Happy Anus to progressively weaken the astral entities' hold on the relevant lower parts of your energy system, so that over a period you should find your problems with your anus and bladder sphincter steadily decreasing. Well, that's the theory. Over a month or so my use of the method appears to have eliminated anal clenching - both the chronic over-tightness and the more temporary painful additional clenching. However, it appears that the practice has not resulted in any simultaneous reduction in clenching of my pee sphincter. I'm sure a doctor would insist that it's just my prostate obstructing the flow, but there are certain indications that the prostate is very unlikely to be a major factor in this - and my energy testing also is unequivocal in pointing to entity interference and not the prostate as being the cause. Indeed, the Returning Life Sequence is allegedly causing my prostate to be gradually reducing in size now.

Happy Anus can be done standing or (preferably) sitting.

You can do this practice as often as you wish, though I do not recommend spending a lot of time on it because that would be taking time away from other practices which give much broader ranges of benefits. Because I'm already spending so much time on other practices, I'm doing this one just for two cycles twice a day. If your lower extremities problems are more acute you may well want to use this practice a lot more - but it's still important to use the broader based practices as well, for they too in the long run assist with that issue.

Caution! Because in this practice you are Power Breathing without exerting yourself, it's important to remember to pause significantly during each Power Breathing cycle - probably at the 'empty' state - in order not to get hyperventilated and thus less grounded. Your synchronization of the upward movement of the hands would need to take those pauses into account, and so it would be a pretty slow upward movement.

Clearing All Weakening Connections

The starting point of this practice was a practice from Stephen and Lynda Kane which they - I would say, ill advisedly - called Stations of the Way. It is actually important to keep clear of names for practices, mudras, or indeed anything else, which have any sort of connotations of or association with any religious, mystical, spiritual or metaphysical traditions, because use of them tends to maintain some degree of connection to the astral forces. For this reason I immediately discarded their name for the practice and substituted Clearing All Weakening Connections, because that reflects one of the primary effects of this practice. Best to keep names of practices to ones which are down-to-Earth and simply descriptive.

I was using a slight enhancement of their Clearing All Weakening Connections practice very effectively for some time, but I had a problem with it, in that the first four of the six asanas (yogic positions) were physically stressful and indeed painful for me, to hold for as long as they really needed to be held. This didn't get any better with time, despite my using those asanas at least twice a day.

So, eventually through energy testing I came up with an alternative set of asanas to use for this practice, which, although still quite strenuous, are individually not held long enough to get actually painful. According to my energy testing, this new version is slightly but significantly more powerful than the original version, and, as with the original version, its sequence of asanas can to advantage be used also to replace the standard static asanas which complete the Returning Life Sequence.

Both versions of the practice require use of the Guardian Angel (or better, its big brother, the Archangel), and it would require a little trial and error (and energy testing) to establish where is best to have the Guardian Angel so that you can most effectively proceed with this practice. In my case the best place turned out to be on my work desk - I have to temporarily move the Guardian Angel from its normal place on top of a bookcase for this purpose.

The Guardian Angel
The Guardian Angel, sitting on its transmitter base

This practice is a very powerful one for self healing and self realization. Although not primarily an entity removing procedure, it actually does assist your ongoing process of clearing entities and all entity interferences from you. This practice promotes a number of healing processes, including the dissolving of all manner of connections which are weakening for you - whether they be to people, entities, experiences or whatever. Also, regular - especially daily or twice daily - use of this practice causes a progressive and very significant increase in the ongoing healing and clearance effects of the Guardian Angel / Archangel for you, so in other words it's a really tremendous practice to use regularly.

Caution! This method involves Power Breathing without exerting yourself - so it is important to keep pausing between breathing cycles in order not to get hyperventilated.

Clearing All Weakening Connections - the actual sequence

Stand closely facing the Guardian Angel. For the whole practice except the weaving breaths on the Guardian Angel you hold the tip of your tongue to your palate, as previously described.

A much easier way to go about this practice

If you have a Clarity-Sphere™, you can skip all those asanas and use a much simpler, easier and somewhat quicker procedure using the Sphere. This is described in the Clarity-Sphere's User Guide.

Use of the above asanas for the Returning Life Sequence

Provided you have a Guardian Angel or Archangel, you can replace the standard set of static asanas with the above practice, except that you omit the initial stage of holding the Guardian Angel / Archangel and doing weaving breaths on it.

In the case of the original practice from Stephen and Lynda Kane, they said that the asanas need to be done with heels off the floor when they are being used to complete the Returning Life Sequence. However, that was not physically practical for me, and my own energy testing indicated that not only did I not need to have my heels off the floor, but actually in energy terms it would have been a bit weakening for me to do so.

Similarly, for the asanas given above, my energy testing indicates that it is preferable to keep one's heels on the floor - but it is always open to you to energy-test for yourself to see if there would be any advantage in having your heels off the floor (bearing in mind that that would be considerably more stressful and could well result in your sooner or later overbalancing and hurting yourself). Truly aware yogic practice for self realization always respects your physical being - not putting you under undue stress and not endangering yourself. Any practice which doesn't follow that guideline is best either amended or discarded. It's one of the old astral-sourced myths, that some yogic practices, to be fully effective, must be very stressful and painful if not downright dangerous.

"But I can't do the power breathing then, because the weaving breaths of the Returning Life Weave have caused a lot of nasal mucus production!"

Yes, I get that nuisance too! However, 'snot a problem! wink Actually you still can do the Power Breathing then! It's just that you have to interrupt it a lot with snorts, grunts, coughs and nose-blowings and probably burps! You simply aim to achieve two complete Power Breathing cycles for each position, but, yes, you would have to keep interpolating extra, snorting breaths to dispose of all your snot, whether internally or externally. You may even have to interrupt an asana for nose-blowing - though it's best to try to avoid that happening and to keep that for just before you start with the next mudra.

A much simpler and easier replacement for those asanas

Simple! Use the Clarity-Sphere™ instead! There is a very easy and simple practice to use with the Clarity-Sphere as a replacement for those asanas, which is given in the Sphere's User Guide.

Removal of entities, implants and other foreign energies by means of the Clarity-Sphere™

I did have here an account of a rather involved procedure for progressively removing foreign energies and entities from yourself using the user controlled energy devices (UCEDs) called the Energy Egg and Guardian Angel, but a much simpler and more powerful device is now available - albeit as yet only in very small, 'pre-production' numbers - and I now point to this.

Enter the Clarity-Sphere™...
The Clarity-Sphere is, as far as I know, the first 'complete' user controlled energy device. That is, it lacks the omissions, limitations and constraints which exist in the Energy Egg 'family' of devices, or the Light-Sphere and Energy Stone, owing to factors in their design process like unaware astral interference and also business interests being given given undue priority. It clearly pays to produce devices that are still quite a bit short of 'the ultimate', because you can then sell further versions to address various of the omissions in the basic ones, and can still offer services or/and therapies which would be more or less redundant in the face of a 'complete' UCED such as the Clarity-Sphere.

The Clarity-Sphere?
The Clarity-Sphere™ on its transmitter base

The Clarity-Sphere's programming includes 'modules' for entity clearance which are lacking or at best scantily implemented in other UCEDs. Also, its programming has not got distorted by preconceived notions of ritual-like routines being required to carry out procedures with the device.

Unlike other UCEDs, the Clarity-Sphere works continuously to progressively weaken the hold of any entities on the user, to the point where they are actually sent off or (in the case of astral entities, which cannot be sent off) simply faded out of one's life experience, and similarly all implants or other 'foreign' energies are progressively dissolved and transformed into useful energy.

However, these processes can be considerably speeded up by regular (usually preferably daily) use of a very simple procedure, which is described in the Clarity-Sphere's User Guide. Although much simpler, this procedure is much more powerful than with the Energy Egg and Guardian Angel, because of the Clarity-Sphere's greater power and much fuller entity clearance programming.

Want to render the practices on this page redundant?

You can - sort of! There really is a way! The abovementioned Clarity-Sphere™ effectively carries out for its user the functions of ALL the practices given on this page, and more!

However, if you do use some or all of those practices in addition to having a Clarity-Sphere, you would be shifting stuff and healing yourself even faster, to the point that it wouldn't be all that long before you had little or nothing left to heal, so making the practices then really redundant. All the more so, because when you use such practices there is a strong synergistic effect, by which the Clarity-Sphere considerably increases the effectiveness of the practices, and use of the practices actually increases the effectiveness of the Clarity-Sphere.
