up the good work. I'm not sure if alot of young people visit this site,
but I'm positive that alot of young people think about life and what
goes on. I'm 22 and I had alot of questions about life/spirituality/God
topics that often left me with confusion and no answers. I sought out
healing, crystals, attunements, and practically anything that could
provide me with healing to become a happier, confident or "richer"
person.
For sometime, I was even working with a woman who "knows" she is the
reincarnation of Mother Mary, Eve and other powerful biblical/fantasy
figures. Often, I'd ask her if her energy healings are so powerful,
than why couldn't I feel them? Often, she'd blow up at me and put the
blame on me.
With your information, I find something that has clicked and made
sense. Even though some parts of me resist, I now know why and I'm
eager to change those parts of me (that are most likely attached by
dark forces). Change won't occur overnight, but I look forward to
growing, changing, becoming healthy, and becoming into self realization
as this site continues to grow.
Actually, the extent to which you can feel 'energies' in a healing has little or no bearing upon the quality or power of the healing. Generally speaking, when one feels 'energy' very strongly (particularly a lot of heat or 'electricity' feeling), astral interference is involved, because the entities are seeking to get people fixated on feeling what they believe is 'energy' and so diverted away from the truest and deepest healing, which is a full and balanced self realization process. My Clarity-Spheres are having a much more powerful healing / self realization / entity clearance action for me than any healing method I'd previously used, but most of the time I don't feel any 'energy' at all from them.
Indeed, I would say that for people generally, the best and deepest healings would tend not to be felt anything like as much as the more limited / distorted ones that come from people who have particularly serious entity interference (i.e. healings from most people who think of themselves as healers). -- Philip

You may save me a huge amount of grief, having spent too much time in
the Vanity fair of "spirituality".
I am thinking of all the religions and newage areas i have
explored and am convinced you are 100% correct. AND i thank you for
your courage, fortitude, and deep integrity(it takes huge amounts of it

It is heartwarming to get such an appreciative message from somebody who found my site when I was in the thick of major disruptions from astral entities in 2004 (thanks to my having fallen into the 'spirituality' trap) and was being extensively deceived by the entities posing as 'higher guidance' and thus had much distorted and indeed harmful 'information' on my sites.
Many others - probably quite a big majority of those who think of themselves as 'spiritually aligned' - have looked at my sites then and indeed now, and have concluded that the material that I present is worthless (or worse!), and that I am hopelessly 'broken' as any sort of teacher - and even that I am simply mentally ill. Because I don't put up the 'front of inscrutable perfection / superiority' which is generally taken to identify supposed gurus, and I present direct insights instead of repeating or reworking the astral-distorted teachings of past gurus or spiritual / esoteric traditions, my 'message' is widely dismissed - and I myself am dismissed as arrogant and having an enormous ego, just because I remain true to myself and don't hide behind the thoughts and words of others. A truly enlightened and self realized person is not a 'sheep'!
People are addicted to their 'spirituality', which is also their prison. If those people would carry out the sort of deep self scrutiny which I have applied to myself, they would arrive at a very different appraisal. The people with the biggest problems are those who remain unaware that they have those problems themselves and are unwilling to look for them, blaming other people for whatever is awry in their life experience. -- Philip

I remember your name. I feel sad that you felt your were not
liked and that you were bullied at school.Having
read part
of your life story I can only think that the pupils felt you were
different even at the tender young age of six. I feel that
sometime in your early childhood years you must have suffered emotional
problems - perhaps having even been
abused. I do hope
at 65 you are now at peace with yourself.
For my part I have been lucky enough to have been very happy in life
having married and had children. I have always tried to help others and
make them happy. I campaigned for 15 years to pardon my
grandfather who was executed in WW1 and eventually obtained a pardon
for him and all the 305 soldiers. If you google my name plus
the
words executed soldiers you can read what I have been doing.
I wish you all the luck in the world and be happy in whatever you do.

The trouble is that, even with the very best of intentions, a person can read on my sites various bits of information about me and my past which can lead to very false conclusions being drawn if (s)he reads no further or, as is so often the case, has an awareness limitation (beliefs and fixed preconceptions) which results in the filtering out or simple misunderstanding of my explanations of what has really been going on for me. To get a full explanation, you want to go to the later parts of the My Own Self Realization Path - Updates - though really to get a proper understanding you also need first to read My Own Self Realization Path. In particular, the various issues that I've had as a child and subsequently are almost completely inexplicable by reference to my family situation (certainly not what people would generally regard as even slightly approaching an abusive one) or indeed anything in my physical surroundings, but as I explain on the abovementioned pages and elsewhere, there was an underlying cause related to the operation of the astral ('dark') forces which interfere with virtually everybody on the planet (albeit usually covertly). -- Philip.

Yay, I've felt my
'calling' has been to expose the 'New Age' and to basically pension it
off. I am a tarot/healer/therapist who has had a period of being
attacked by an ex client/friend who was a healing workshop junkie. I
had been confused as to why most protection/excorcisim rituals were not
working-or only for a limited time, but have -like yourself-used the
experience to heal & strengthen myself. Im a grounded
country
girl with two teenage sons who can't afford to spend money on 'cures'
so have had to be very practical-also I have a sister who has been
institutionalised a few times, so reality had to be faced even if it
meant I had to admit I was duped into believing astral bullshit-I was
Archangel Zadkiel(tee hee), and mainly because it was feeding my sense
of 'importance'. Which I think is the only thing I can add to
your excellent personal story -the best thing is to be HUMBLE in the
fact that we are "all individuals" (thanks to the more real than
surreal Monty Python crew) and just do what is in front of us. For me
it is gathering stories like yours & to any of your readers on

With regard to being HUMBLE, I caution that there is an extremely widespread tendency for people, in moving away from astrally cultivated 'self importance' patterns, to flip into astrally cultivated 'humility' patterns, and to fail to understand that even when the astral-sourced bullshit is discarded, we do have the deeper reality of some underlying life purpose which cannot in any reliable way be channelled to us (from supposedly higher beings or through clairvoyants / mediums) but which emerges naturally (if we allow it to) during our self realization process. There is actually NO place for humility in anyone's life, for it goes against simply being oneself and standing one's full height without making comparisons against anyone else. Yes, utterly bizarre indeed! There are evidently people out there who will actually look for sites with material concerning night terrors and then, when they find the one site which actually gives a coherent description and explanation for night terrors and indeed effective means for resolving the whole 'mental health' issue of which night terrors are part, they complain that the stuff on the site is worse than the night terrors themselves!One thing I can say pretty confidently is that any such person has not experienced real night terrors (or has completely suppressed any such experience from their conscious memory as most people do) and doesn't know what the hell (sic) I'm talking / writing about! -- Philip

Greetings. I keep coming
back here; I am fascinated how you have evolved over the time since I
first found your pages. I hope to develop in a similar
manner. It
was a shock to be introduced to the Steve Gamble material but I am now
comfortable with it. I struggled with organized religion and
especially with being "born again" and always with evangelism and soul
winning. I just couldn't buy most of it. I grew up in New England but
long ago moved to the South. I, too seem to be one who has
pursued growth "the hard way". After nearly 50 years I was rewarded
when much of my fear seemed to vanish of its own accord. I can only
look forward to growth and learning throughout my remaining years,
however many they may be. I've just begun using EFT, have the Byron
Katie books, and hope to start studying Alexander soon. I'd
have
to say the Real Health material promises to be hugely beneficial; I can
hardly wait to get my eggs. Some of my biggest problems seem to be
scattering in too many directions at once and then failing to realize
the value of something once I find out about it. Best wishes,

I would caution about the writings of Steve Gamble. Yes, they did put me in touch with a particularly important angle on so-called higher or non-physical realities and the serious problems in all spiritual and healing traditions, but nonetheless, Steve himself has shown himself to have a serious degree of interference from astral entities, and in his writings, which contain various distortions as well as the general 'right idea', he sends out strong and harmful thought forms which attach to every reader. im sorry but i find some
difficulty in understanding your presentation for starters you suggest
fellings of joy are caused by astral beings that is ridiculous if i

that all emotions are controlled there for we are never experiencing
anything real i can relate too other forces taking my enegies away at
night i have felt this a kind of sucking at your lifeforce i hold this
in regard too astral beings such as reptilians too disregard life forms
other planets/ plains of existance is wrong perhaps these astaral
beings are of a different race not human at all and i would like too
see your research too such veiwpoints and regards too your words on
higher level states ie ascention do you not think this process could be
evolution perhaps an awareness too a higher evoled state of mind that
occurs naturally through the process of evolution im not trying too
slate your work just a few questions thats all.
I well understand that it comes as something of a 'wrench' and shock to the system to find one's own beliefs about the nature of reality challenged. I have found out the hard way just how and to what extent the astral forces (dark entities or however one may describe them) interfere with and manipulate us all. However, unlike so many other people who have views on the issue, I do not claim that my perceptions or insights are 'truth', because nobody on the planet can actually know what is true. Many people think they know what is true (or untrue), but that is belief, and belief closes all those people to truth, which can only be experienced. To open to truth, a completely open mind with no belief or disbelief is necessary.
I well know that for many people it would be hard to swallow, the very notion that astral entities can manipulate a person by giving them feelings of joy or indeed other apparently greatly pleasant feelings like ecstasy and erotic feelings. Nonetheless, I've repeatedly witnessed just that happening. It's only when you start getting yourself clear of the deceptions within which you've been living, that you can even begin to tell which of your feelings and 'thoughts' are really yours and which are interference from entities for the purpose of manipulating and controlling you.
My counsel to people who have difficulty with the challenging viewpoint which I put forward on my Self Realization site is to keep as open a mind as possible and 'sleep on it' for a while, and then, later on, to come back to what had seemed to be so difficult for them and to re-read carefully what I'm saying. A lot of the difficulties people have with my writings are actually caused by their beliefs and preconceived notions which cause them not to read properly what I'm saying, so that they come away with, in their mind, distorted versions of what I was really saying, which don't make proper sense and then naturally have to be dismissed.
On my Self Realization site - especially in Interference and Attacks From Astral ('Dark') Entities, I clearly make the point that the insights that I put forward regarding the interactions of the astral sub-reality (including entities) with people is NOT a statement of fact or truth, but is simply a working model, based on a whole mass of personal experience, which is being offered to be used for healing purposes. The moment people get actually believing in one thing or another as being ultimately true, they are creating for themselves yet another astral realm (illusory reality) which can ensnare them and get them still more entangled with the astral forces. -- Philip

quite a big difference to me. I have been suffering from psychosis for
a year andf your site has started me off on a journey to recovery,
which the NHS have been unable to help with. Thanks for introducing me

It's always heartwarming to know when material on any of my sites has made a real positive difference for somebody. As for the matter of psychosis, my understanding is that most likely ALL disturbances that get labelled as psychosis have broadly just two primary causative factors, never mind what other factor(s) may have precipitated that disturbance (such as oxygen starvation, smoking of cannabis, a harmful medication or indeed a bang on the head). And those two primary causative factors are weak grounding of an important part of the person's awareness, and the consequent gross interferences from astral ('dark') entities. Indeed, in that respect, weak grounding of that particular part of one's awareness can be seen as THE primary factor - and it is also the top priority healing need. Yours is a very thought provoking site.
Basically, your experiences have blown my tentative new age worldview
out of the water.
I was hoping that reincarnation and karma would explain certain
negative experiences I keep manifesting in my life. I was thinking that
visiting new age healers might cure me of my past life karma.
But now I dont know if that would be a good idea at all! Maybe their
supposed abilities to clear my karma and aura and speak with my guides
are just a vast illusion.

Aha! I see somebody's starting to get the message! The true nature of so-called guides is either astral ('dark') entities pretending to be guides, or 'lost' human souls degraded and programmed by astral entities to 'guide' the person, usually covertly, into accepting power hierarchies and control agendas. What the likes of Chris could most beneficially do is take on powerful and efficient self realization / self clearance methods and practices, so that they don't depend on so-called healers and teachers who are virtually ALL to varying degrees being deceived and led astray by the astral forces - and thus leading countless people astray and into very serious trouble at least in the long term. The best place I know of to look for such practices is Healing and Self Realization - The Safest and Quickest Way (then following up the various links given there).
No 'healing' that I received from other healers to remove my entities ever worked, and most actually made me more ungrounded and thus actually exacerbated my problems by making me more vulnerable to the entities. Indeed, one supposedly very advanced but seriously astral-led healer did something so harmful to me (presumably with the best of intentions) that in the ensuing very severe attack from the entities over the next couple of days I was perilously close to having what for me would have been the ultimate disaster - a 'partial walk-in', a phenomenon which you will very soon be able to read about in an imminent addition to the Interference and Attacks From Astral ('Dark') Entities page.
In fact I give advance notice here that I expect very soon indeed to add a new page to my Self Realization & Clear Mindedness site in which I shall invite appropriate people to actually follow my own example and start sending a particular type of healing (as distant healings) to various prominent healers / spiritual teachers (without their permission, for it is NOT required, contrary to a widespread belief among healers) who are clearly being seriously astral-led and thus are leading very many people into problems beyond their wildest imaginings, in order to progressively weaken the astral connections to those teachers, so that eventually they can start exercising their true, deeply motivated free choice and break free from their disastrous directions and start pointing themselves and others towards true self realization and freedom from astral interference and influence. The type of healing involved is already described on that site - the entity clearance procedure given in Some Potent Self Realization / Healing Practices. It is completely safe and non-invasive upon the person's free choice. -- Philip

Am surprised that the Military, who have been a part of the moor for

park can offer and to be introduced to this environment so that we may

It would be really helpful if people actually read and understood what I am saying on my Dartmoor In Trouble page, instead of hanging onto an opinion and at once going into 'disagreement mode' because their own opinion isn't being fully complied with.
In fact, although, yes, the Ten Tors event does introduce people to such wilderness environment and to meeting a challenge within it, my own observation of many, many Ten Tors training groups over more than 20 years of regular Dartmoor walking has shown the whole outlook of almost all of them to be unbalanced in their outlook and highly deficient with regard to cultivating a proper awareness and respect of, and interest in, Dartmoor. Dartmoor and other wild places are seen primarily as invigorating assault courses on which people can meet challenges.
Much of this problem comes down to the deeply seated unawareness manifest in the majority of teachers and youth group leaders, who are people with significant personal control agendas (which had motivated them to become teachers / youth group leaders in the first place). Control agendas tend to see everything in end-gaining terms rather than that of cultivating true individual awareness and self realization. The Army - intrinsically replete with control agenda - naturally very happily go along with the control-agenda-based Ten Tors event.
In all my 20+ years of Dartmoor walking I only once met a Ten Tors group who were truly on the right lines. It was a small group from a school (I can't remember which one, but I think it was in the Teignmouth area) in south Devon, which did NOT run their Ten Tors group as an open-to-all challenge event. Instead they had a Dartmoor Society which cultivated interest in all aspects of Dartmoor such as its abundant historical and natural history (i.e. flora, fauna and ecology) aspects, and it was ONLY within their Dartmoor Society that students were given the opportunity to extend their Dartmoor involvement to the experience of the Ten Tors event. That is the healthy way forward, and that sort of approach actually doesn't need a Ten Tors event at all, because in that context each student can more readily find what type and level of challenge is appropriate for him/her rather than being martialled into highly problematical end-gaining exercises. -- Philip

I was hitch-hiking back from Boscastle to Exeter after a coastal walk on 6th April, and I was standing at the Davidstow junction of the A395 with the A39 - a difficult spot for people to stop, and Andrew, whose healer 'radiance' shone out like a star in my inner vision, coudn't stop for me because of closely following traffic, but managed to drive round a small 'triangle' to return to me and pick me up. Undoubtedly his deeper levels of consciousness knew that the encounter would be beneficial for him, and so guided him to act accordingly. -- Philip

Dowsed for the 1st time
to get answers to a future I cannot see clearly. I think I was LED to
your site (I only THINK! - this) I've searched for a particular answer
for 5 yrs. You've given me inspiration. I thought you were female
untill the end of your script. I am 43 - just! 15 years previous, I
would have laughed at the thought of believing in divine forces. My
mind is so open to everything now - my only regret is this didn't
happen to me when I was 21. It did - I just ignored it! I

to trust my intuition - very scary, especially when there are
tricksters giving spoof answers. I'm often surprised by answers where I
expect negativity. I try to balance my low self esteem against outside
activity. Why do I need to be treated differently because I
havent married/had children. Constantly greeted by surprise
when
strangers know my age and status!!?? (Is there somebody who
can
quantify why?) Only I can do that, & I will, but impatience
prevents me living, loving and learning. I want to learn, love then
live. I'm directly speaking to you. I don't want to conform

* Hmmm, yes -- I myself have often thought similar 'neighbour' thoughts about various (not all!) people who contact me from this site.
"I have a dream" - to quote from somewhere else - of a bunch of us very like-minded people into true self realization setting up a centre in some nice harmonious place (probably not in the UK, with some mountains close by, or at least some rugged and dramatic coastline, as such things are good for the soul), where we can work together on our own self clearance (top priority) and empowering others to do likewise - free from limiting beliefs and keeping to the essentials of self clearance and self realization while encouraging abundance of enlightened life experience rather than the rarefaction which is so commonly associated with enlightenment.
That would require one or more people with appropriate organisational skills to get it moving, and find appropriate resources. And a caution - people with power / control agendas and I do not mix!

Hi, as a kid an old lady
told me once I have an old soul, and as 25 year old again someone would
tell me this.
I have this dreams ever since I'm a child where I find myself in probably another dimension and everything feels so real as if I was really there.
What bugs me as that bad and mean things happen to appear to all these people and the skies appear to unveal dark forces that i'm not really scared of even when I crawl together like an embryo and lay in the corner. what scares me more is the real life, most of my life iv'e been spending in europe and I have friend and family but I never felt in over 25 years one day as if I belong to this world or time! Hi there,
very interesting indeed. Quite accurate and profound but a little
intense for many...especially when your enlightnened self has not given
any solutions to the frightening darkness that can shadow this life on
earth. Maybe you can be a little more encouraging and positive with
some of your own solutions instead of just frightening. We are all
fighting for the light and our souls are all longing the same love, the
ego is as much danger as alien threats and implants. Breathe.
Nothing is intrinsically frightening, including the information on this site. Things are simply as they are. The need is to heal the seat of that fear within each one of us, which makes us afraid of things as they are. Until we get doing that we are powerless to change much for the better.
There is a widespread fear among people of troublesome or 'dark' forces and entities, and that fear manifests widely in an "If I don't hear, speak or think of it, it'll go away or be found not to exist" belief. I empathize, because until very recently I too was in that sort of denial. Indeed, until very recently I was regarding my interfering entites as 'astral beings' and keeping clear of calling them 'dark' or 'demonic', because of the fear 'buttons' which were pushed by such terms, even for me.
However, with new and liberating, deeper understanding of the nature of the various entities and influences which have been interfering with me and indeed most other people, it would be less than helpful of me to keep quiet about their true nature, for recognising the latter is part of becoming able to face and resolve the issue of their presence and interference.
Actually if Adrienne had read further on this site, with eyes open, she'd have seen that I point to a multitude of ways of handling and progressively resolving one's issues with troublesome entities, and, with regard to my own story, I'm giving a blow-by-blow account of how I've been very successfully overcoming my own quite severe issue with 'dark' entities, and I present and give links to some very important new means to safely resolve such issues. site you have there. Your mention of the Hathors, I do need some
information on it. The Hathors I come to know of, are incarnated as
humans, present on earth. Via kinesiology touch test, most people i
know are incarnated hathors. Through their personal history, they have
been involved in the technological advancement of ancient egypt and
even further back, atlantis. Hathors were once rulers of ancient egypt.
Most present day incarnated hathors I know are highly spiritual
teachers or are in high standing in our society. If you do want to go
into conspiracy theories, there is many, if the hathors are really
leading the humanoids away from their true path. I am tested as an
indigo incarnate, althought there is a huge ridiculous classification
of all younger generation beings as such. This whole indigo phenomenal
misleads most new age believers. Some of the hathor incarnates are said
to be teachers of indigos back in Atlantis, and now there are indigo
schools founded by older souls. Back in one of the old Atlantis, these
indigos were cloned and revolted against their creators. It was this
that I come to know that your creator is not your true god.

The type of being which I was calling Hathors on this site (the name given to me for them) was not the same as what many people have been calling Hathors.
The whole issue of soul origins and past lives has been tremendously confused by misinformaton which has been given to us by astral ('dark') entities posing as higher beings (apparently there are no true higher beings).
