Natural Soundscapes and Wind Chimes in the Wild — CD-quality downloads

The composer offers recordings of his own carefully shaped MIDI performances via a PC, with the remarkably realistic sound of a full orchestra, choir and organ as required

These are effectively real performances by the Composer — albeit not in real-time —, and are thus not helpfully regarded as simply 'MIDI playbacks'. He used a dedicated MIDI sequencer that enabled him to get much more lifelike renditions than one could even from a supposedly premium score-writing program.

Even when there are commercial recordings of live performances, these recordings will still remain definitive ones, in that they demonstrate the Composer's intentions (naturally barring the odd little detail errors that slipped through!), and will be a 'must' as a primer for prospective performers of the music. They are thus an important educational resource.

…your MIDI realization techniques are superb. I have never heard PC realizations of works done so well (and in the course of my work I hear hundreds of MIDI tapes from composers.) Is this midi????? No way. What software are you using? I use Finale with Garritan Personal Orchestra, but it don't sound nothin like this.

CD-Quality Digital Downloads of the complete 'opus number' Oeuvre

I present below the current list of my one-time CDs of my music compositions. This runs to 10 albums, covering all my major, 'opus number' compositions, both published and unpublished. The produce-on-demand service for producing the CDs has now closed down, but the same albums are available as CD-quality downloads (lossless FLAC format), and are supplied together with their original CD artwork, giving some basic details and notes.

I also have a CD-Quality Download Store for my much larger catalogue of recordings of natural soundscapes, including my prolific project entitled Wind Chimes in the Wild. They are the healthy alternative to listening to masses and masses of music. It is easy actually to harm oneself mentally, even if apparently only subtly and invisibly (because hardly anyone knows what to look out for), through listening to too much of even the 'healthiest' of music — my works being no exception. Any music really needs to be listened to reasonably sparingly. Then, not only would it be much less likely to have insidiously harmful effects, but also it would be enjoyed and appreciated so very much more.
