Comments: When I first found this site I began using many of the methods all at once right from the get go…within a few weeks I wasn't using any at all! This time around I'm easing my way into the practices and it feels much more balanced. Also to my great surprise I've found that incorporating bird watching and plant identification on my bushwalks is very enjoyable — daily grounding activities are really having a positive effect on my general outlook and wellbeing. Comments: As soon as I saw the summary result on Google about the contents of your site, I was a bit interested. When I read the first page and some of the words and views that you've used in your writings, it made me smile. There is focus on Reality, Truth, Logic and reasoning here. Big worded, deluded and blind faithed Garbage/Waste as I call too is what's out there mostly, which is like totally deviated from the Truth behind things, misguiding and overwhelming with manipulated versions or Truth (Lies as I call them in simple terms). Its due to total lack of Knowledge or partial Knowledge which is a flaw that makes one Egotistic (defining a weak and feeble mental stature). The words like Spiritual, Divine, Paranormal and Supernatural make me laugh when people use it to show that they're something of the higher order, which is actually their downfall, that they don't realize. Those big words are usually used to blind people and to poison them with lies (Gargage)and to misguide from their sense of responsibility and true identity.And yes, being Normal is the best and real way to be. Thanks for keeping it that way. Have a nice time.

Actually I think Navan really wanted another word than ‘normal’ there, because what is actually ‘normal’ is, unfortunately, just what Navan and indeed I actually see as a dysfunctional state that we would do best to keep well clear of! — Philip.

Yes, it is quite a wrench, isn't it, when one has had ‘New Age’ notions reinforced from so many quarters and then you come across this unsporting old b*gger who shows how all those notions have to have something seriously wrong and indeed harmful to the point of ‘mega-sinister’ about them! — But as Hermann has found, once one lets go of all the ‘New Age’ related ‘story’ and belief, it is then and not before that one's real freedom gets opening up — and the life experience becomes so much simpler and more consistent!

Comments: Thank you Phillip for putting this web-site out there. When I came to your site I was expecting to find just another new age discourse on angels, etc., but as I starting reading your personal story was I struck by how similar your experience was to mine. I'm profoundly affected by what I've read. Never in my lifetime, I thought, would I have answers these things, let alone encounter someone who has experienced the same thing.

I mean it's the details: the hell dreams, horror dreams, disgusting gray depressing dreams, the little strands of light and either weaving into a tapestry of garbage induced imagery as soon as you close your eyes, the childhood trauma, waking up to your parents having no idea why you are crying. It's the garbage induced paranoid schizophrenia, the black pathetic puns and jokes, the synchronicity driving you deeper and deeper into the ‘story’ making sure that you do it because HAVE to. It's the paralyzing pains in the ass. It's thinking that you've died in your sleep as you pass forever into the void.

I even started doing the Alexander Technique years ago because I had neck and back pain. Like I said, I'm stunned and have been reading this site everyday.

Comments: Have found this site amazingly helpful-dropped a whole magical paradigm- cleared my bookshelves. Have started learning Alexander Technique. I still practice Iyengar yoga, dropped the meditation after raised kundalini. Non dual techniques all resonate had reached a growth celing. Was vegetarian for years and have been switched on to Weston A Price. Figuring healing the physical body fundamental- working on healing candida gut and detoxing metals. There's an article ‘Metals and the mind’ on the website. They refer to aural ‘hallucinations’, but am still following the dietary advice. Seems to be a connection with metals in our systems, some from geo-engineering, and haarp manipulation. Am still very much in process, but your site best advice I've got from anywhere and a massive help in orientating me out of crisis.

I get periodic complaints about the huge amount of material and ‘over-long’ pages on my Clarity of Being site, and now I'm being asked to clutter the pages further by adding in instructions for copying / pasting the contents of the browser address bar into one's email program — which, if those instructions were to be made usably accessible, would have to be on almost every page on the site! — Nope, hard cheese on that one! Comments: Just recently discovered this sight, and am looking into the techniques I'm 18 and the ‘garbage’ has been severely impacting my life all this year, although I've experienced it's effects long before this year, and it's nice to have an extensive guide to read through. I've noticed the importance of grounding, and I've experienced the ineffectiveness of New Age practices.. I feel a bit lost and confused after finding this sight, however. as there are so many different sources telling me that i need to do different things to get rid of this. .. Thank you though! I'm happy to know that you were able to get through any garbage trauma… seeing that your situation seems to have been a lot more severe than mine has been, although similar, it gives me more hope that I will transcend all of this darkness.

I became very engaged here & though I meant for some guidance, got deeply involved. I haven't yet detected how to get rid of entities, only how to ground yourself/strengthen self, but will keep reading.

On [URLs not allowed] you will see me doing a chapter reading, & I detail spiritual dark forces I encountered. Thankfully that's over.

I went to a kinesiologist recently & she said she cleared an entity which had attached, & I did feel lighter, more well. Yet, I then drank alcohol. So thinking I could have invited it back, I sought ‘how to clear entities’. I see you don't have caffeine, TV, music (much) etc, so you will be intolerant of me that I drank alcohol. You must be very clean living indeed, and that's wonderful.

Anyway, an enormous site. You've put heaps here. Great reading. Thank you.

I happened to spot this entry among the spam about to be deleted. As I warn on the New Entry Submission form, links or URLs in such entries are not allowed, and result in those entries being automatically identified as spam, and generally they would be automatically deleted without my ever seeing them.

I am confident that the kinesiologist didn't remove any entities, regardless of her presumably believing she had! For how to get rid of supposed ‘entities’, the primary page is ‘Dark force’ and entity troubles — The real way to clear them.

Regarding me supposedly being intolerant as suggested above, it isn't a matter of being intolerant but simply of having a rare degree of clarity, which enables me to see things as they are. Alcohol is greatly harmful, and people who consume it are being their own most proficient saboteurs — at least, with regard to any genuine self-healing / self-actualization process and their general health, both physical and mental / emotional. The fact that you may like or crave for something, and the vast majority of people believe that it is okay or good for you, does NOT at all mean that that something is therefore beneficial for you. — Philip

I would however like to ask you if I may if whilst it will be a while before I can get a clarity sphere is there anything else I can use that is easily acceptable like a tree instead for now and get started with the techniques?

It's always good to hear of people's positive experience related to material on my sites. However, it is an ongoing slight frustration for me, that I have to keep reminding people that personal messages / questions need to go through my Contact page and not be put in this Visitors' Book, which isn't a forum. In any case, the notes on my Contact page would then apply. I emphasise there that when people have questions, what they actually need to do is not to contact me, at least for some time, but instead to carry out the relevant reading on the particular site of mine, where the very vast majority of readers' questions are either answered directly or whose answers can easily be worked out. May I be somewhat cheeky and take this opportunity to recommend a vegan diet to all — beneficial to health and the planet. Best wishes.

Actually I do seek to make it clear that, as a matter of policy, this Visitors' Book isn't a forum for people to put forward their own beliefs and agendas, however well meant those may be. When that does happen I have the choice of either discarding the entry or adding a comment — which latter option I have clearly chosen this time. On my Clarity of Being site (the page on healing and self-realization the safest and quickest way) I put forward a healthy and balanced approach to eating. The main point is that it is unhelpful, and not at all healthy, to tie oneself to a named diet regime (which is essentially rigid and based on some belief system rather than one's own genuine needs and sensitivities), whether it be ‘vegan’, ‘vegetarian’, ‘food combining’ (the Hay system), ‘omnivore’, ‘carnivore’, ‘macrobiotic’, or whatever. The real healthy approach involves using Helpfulness Testing to establish what are the most beneficial food choices for you yourself at the present time, rather than supposedly for people in general at all times. That is something that nobody can work out on your behalf and only your own Helpfulness Testing for yourself can reveal. What you come out with in that manner may or (much more likely) may not tally with what people call ‘vegan’. — Philip.

As I let go, the trash invited me right back into their world of guilt and fantasy. Also, specifically what are some observations you know of about the trash messing with people. One good one I saw is that a woman got a Revelation from Adonai Elohim which is a name for Saturn :P from YouTube. Comments: I have been thinking on finding one like you. Whether this was serendipitous, coincidence or random chance depends on ones worldview. It is none the less most fortunate for me. I call it manifesting reality. Thinking on something with serious desire. To talk about this much less put it in print is something I would otherwise be loath to do. It is difficult living with experiences that are profound parts of my personal reality, as those I'm speaking with have no reference point in their experience and so can not relate to my mindset. Manifesting reality isn't to be confused with the law of attraction. When I was thinking on finding a Zen Buddhist to certify my Satori I ended up meeting the Grand Abbot of the Shao Lin Temple. By coincidence he showed up in my small town of Westerly. I look forward to studying you and clarify and correcting my insights. The student is ready and the master has arrived.

Ouch! The whole master-student mindset is part of the problem, and would ensure that one at least retains one's problems and most likely would progressively get into a whole lot more. I'm not a ‘master’, but more of a ‘whistle blower’! Anyone who studies me instead of getting on with applying the methods that I give on this site for self-actualization and clearing ourselves of garbage interferences is way off course.

Comments: Finally, some answers that resonate with me. I've become increasingly intuitive over the last 10 yrs and have been questing a comprehensive understanding of the resultant changes in my life..so headed (reasonably) to spiritual people in my area, who I've found to be well intentioned but misguided people. Much of what I've learned hasn't felt ‘right’ to me, and I'm certain that, with your help, I've finally got a bead on why. When what I'm told doesn't sit well with me, it is because it is wrong.. simply it goes against my truth. No apologies needed. I'm done trying to squinch myself into another's belief box and struggling to make me fit.

Greater awareness has occurred as a result of my resultant wandering path of self-discovery. I realize that I've spent too much time ungrounded and trying to fix something not broken, instead of simply allowing myself to be my joyful & vibrant self without all the ‘healing drama’. The good news is that my discernment is sharpening.

Thanks for the swift kick in the butt …just what I needed. I'm ready to allow myself to be whole without apology or dogma.

Comments:I have just found your site, and find it interesting and clear. I hope for the sake of all reading it that it IS based on TRUTH and not simply another attempt to build a ‘guru following’.

Anyone who believes they are looking for TRUTH isn't looking for genuine truth (which isn't possible to describe and which is all-pervading and so isn't searchable for), but for some sort of belief system or illusory reality that they feel comfortable with. When / if this site visitor properly reads through my Clarity of Being site, she would come to understand that what I put forward there isn't a belief system for people to take on, and in many places on that site I make it clear that I'm not claiming any of it to be ‘truth’ or objective, categorical fact — because one cannot absolutely know anything outside the observable physical ‘reality’ — and even matters within the physical ‘reality’ can only be relatively — i.e., definitely not 100% — categorically known. What I put forward is simply an extremely helpful working model for people to use or not use, according to their choice. People fool themselves into believing that their assumptions are ‘knowing’ and thus, supposedly, represent fact or ‘truth’. Also, concerning oneself with the supposedly ‘magical’ power of anything is pointing one in an extremely harmful and troublesome direction, which is very much one that the garbage cultivates. — Philip

Comments:I found this site a few weeks ago when I was researching ways for a quick, painless and non-traumatizing- for- family- to- find -me suicide.
I believe I'm past that now, and enjoyed seeing through a cursory look that your site offers some real help for those who are as bummed out as I was, and often continue to be. My storybook courtship and marriage of 25 years turned out to be a lie 3 years ago and I just learned it in the past year. At 58 I'm bereft and almost hopeless that I will ever be happy again unless my husband returns to me. Infidelity is something I never considered ever coming from him, and he might also be surprised and sad himself. But I don't know how it will end, and some days, such as tonight, I just have to sit, weep, write, and talk to myself. When I try to talk with him he says I'm selfish. I know better. I'm a kind, compassionate woman and always have been. Our 3 children are all that have kept me from faking a car accident so that insurance won't be forfeited.
Thanks for providing a place for retrospection— one that gives some hope. So thanks a bunch.

Oh my, oh my! — What a reminder of what it can be like when one has no real self-actualization process and bases one's life on attachments and socially acceptable or indeed directed lifestyles! At least, this site does present the real alternative, complete with the means to get into that mode, and also complete with discovering one's own intrinsic happiness, which does not depend on external circumstances fitting some particular ‘ideal’ criteria.

According to my own understanding the notion of there being a ‘true spirit world’ is just one more of the plethora of beliefs / illusory realities that the garbage gives us. The answer to that question is right there in my writings, there for anyone to read.

One little point worth making here is that, according to my understanding, nobody at all is [a] ‘schizoid’. Some people have a chronically ingrained ‘character defence strategy’ (more commonly but misleadingly called a ‘character structure’) that is most misleadingly and unhelpfully called ‘schizoid’, but which I prefer to call ‘ungrounded’ or ‘scared to be here’, but that is just a particular set of imbalances affecting them. It is very unhelpful to any possibility of clearing / resolving those issues, to identify the issues with the person. The person is NOT ‘schizoid’ — or indeed any of the other unhelpful and demeaning labels that are put upon people because of particular character imbalances. Those labels, if they genuinely belong to anything at all, belong only to particular packages of issues that the respective individuals are carrying. Comments: Hi, I'm also a ‘Dark Force’’ survivor. I'm new to this site, and am amazed that there are real people out there with similar experiences, that know and understand how difficult it can be to live with day after day. I will list a few coping tools that have helped me over the last 4 years. It may overlap with ideas on this site which just means great minds think alike. 1) stay in the moment 2) focus on your whole body, don't be constantly ‘in the mind’ 3) have projects, or if you can, work part time for human interaction, 4) adopt a pet for unconditional love and happiness. Things to avoid; stress, normal human worries, healers that claim they can help you for a fee, too much solitude, ouija board, automatic writing, and anger.

I salute Larisa's valiant approach to developing a coping strategy. On this site she can find how to go far beyond the concept of ‘coping’, into the realms of active management, clearance of the ‘garbage’, and the really vital transformation of one's whole life experience that self-actualization brings about. As long as one is just ‘coping’ (even very competently), in real terms one is generally not doing much better than an uneasy ‘bumping along at or near the bottom’. One essential thing that Larisa does appear to have grasped in practice is the need to get grounding one's awareness.

Just two detail points I would raise:

The idea of having a pet is an understandable part of a coping strategy, but it reflects the limited outlook of coping strategies in general. The real need is to drop the whole notion of ‘coping’ and to clear the emotional issues and ‘dark force’ attacks that are making one feel that one needs such comforting as one would get from a pet (or indeed a human partner). By having such a comforter, what you are doing is greatly reducing or indeed almost totally blocking your motivation to clear the real issues. For this reason, nowhere on this site do I recommend having a pet.
Regarding ‘healers’ who claim they can help you, they ALL need to be avoided, regardless of whether they charge a fee.

A particularly good starting point on this site for people like Larisa is ‘Dark force’ and entity troubles — The real way to clear them.

Power-biking has been highly beneficial. Gardening and getting into the dirt are always clear my brain and fine-tune my sight capacity. Interviewing my Alexander/bodywork practioner and making sure they are clean —- much reiki and other dangerous cross- fertilizations are often present these days; I don't want any of that. My focused attention to diet and intelligent pattern and content changes have been crucial. I don't quite get the energy spheres yet, but I do take an internal energy check on waking and at points where I deliberately stop and stand/sit perfectly still during the day. An extraordinarily good day is when I fall to sleep and DO NOT DREAM; I've efficiently used everything up. I've had 5 of those so far and I wake with a completely refreshed organism. Thanks, Philip, for tracking your progress for us —- its a good example of the particular providing universal relevancy.

Actually, I would counsel considerable caution in drawing conclusions from one's dreaming or apparently not dreaming during one's overnight sleep. In healthy, balanced sleep one dreams at times whether or not one actually remembers anything of it. A whole night's sleep without dreaming at all is unhealthily unbalanced, and, if repeated over consecutive nights, would cause an accumulating serious problem, as I explain in Ways of handling a prospective rough or sleepless night. — Philip

It has been necessary for me to censor the above comment because Marcos was trying to get me interested in a book expounding yet another ‘cosmic mystery’ story / theory. Such stuff is a hopeless distraction from self-actualization and actually living with ‘What Is’, which latter is what my sites are about, and I don't allow highlighting of such stuff on this site. Nobody is going to get far in any self-actualization process of theirs if they go wasting their time and energy resources pursuing such things, and such people would still be well and truly following their own particular brand of ‘dark force’ agenda (e.g., ‘mystery’ preoccupation).

I don't recommend printing my pages because I so frequently revise and update them — but Marcos does have a point about — let's call a spade a spade! — the intrinsic impermanence of me and my websites. I'm quietly looking for one to a few people who I consider sufficiently reliable and trustworthy for the purpose — who would need to be no-soul individuals — who would keep regularly updated backup copies of my whole Self-Realization website, and would have the motivation, intent and know-how to maintain an online copy of that site (and indeed take over the clarity-of-being.org domain name) once I'm on the way out (or indeed unexpectedly dead) and thus no longer here to keep the site going.

Comments: hi i just woundered y if some one is giving a clairvoyant measage that actually gives that person some strenth and love and helps them in some point in there life , that it can be from a darkforce ? because surley it wouldnt be called a dark force att all it would be a light force so what you have said does not make any sense sorry but im confused by what you have said ? Like all psychic perceptions and indeed channelling, clairvoyance isn't at all what its practitioners believe it to be. Indeed, ‘clairvoyance’ is a gloriously bizarre misnomer, because the only thing that is ‘seen’ is a decoy that is shown to the ‘seer’ in order to keep attention firmly diverted away from what is actually there. So, ‘clear seeing’ is one thing that clairvoyance most definitely is not!

To the best of my understanding nowadays, all psychic perceptions are NOT direct perceptions (seeing, hearing, etc.) of what is actually there, but are instead simply perceptions of what the ‘dark force’ is showing them, with a very definite agenda to mislead and cause problems — never mind how seemingly useful some clairvoyant perceptions may appear to be in the short term

I'm one that is a lost soul. I have been through the whole thing of the garbage. From speaking with me, to finding things I never new about myself. I went threw so much in the last 3 years. I'm now at this point of awareness in my
life that I'm turning around all the Bullshit. I'm coming
together more and more from my experiences. [ILUSIONAL] I'm still a ways off but really, I think the key here is Ilusions, and most people are blind to fact that they are creating these illusions, good and bad. It is what it is until you understand it. Really, I thought I was the only one who experienced this stuff. I stopped doing drugs and drinking. Everything started to change for me. Thje force is connected to everyone who allows it, And believe me it is so hard to move it out. Good people think they arn't infected by this, they have got it wrong. It's about time someone got it right. Philip you are incredible. I hope you can come out with a book, ther are so many that needa wake up call. Love your work.

There's a world of difference between how one feels to be and how one actually is. In my books, Rick may feel to be a ‘lost soul’, but, at least in comparison with the very vast majority of people he isn't at all what I would call ‘lost’, because he is very actively finding his way and getting clear of the illusions and deceptions that he had presumably ‘bought’ earlier on. The people who are really lost are those who don't see the pickle that they are really in and just accept the way things appear to be for them.

It is the experiences of people like Rick — and there appears to be significant number of such people — who are using the insights and methods I give on my Self-Realization site to turn their lives around, and are reaping rewards beyond the wildest imaginings of ‘healers’ and ‘mental health’ professionals, that are the living ‘proof of the pudding’ that gives the lie to the dismissive, argumentative and indeed antagonistic communications that many people seek to dump upon me — their messages to me, and their posts in forums (many of which I do see), dismissing my work on the basis of nothing more than their beliefs and held opinions.

With regard to a book, because my work is always ‘live’ and fresh, it cannot be published effectively as a book, because any actual book would be seriously out of date almost before it was released. My Clarity of Being site, therefore, has to be my ‘book’, and it is important for interested people to periodically revisit the site because of the various revisions and new insights that I keep adding. — Philip

The garbage (i.e., the ‘dark force’) will play the game of kidding one that one has scared it or even rendered it powerless, while actually continuing its operations on one — something that used to happen for me a lot. Actually, by its very nature, the garbage cannot be ‘scared’ — so any inner inquiry results indicating that one has scared it would indicate that one's inner inquiry procedures need sharpening up. Anyway, it is great to hear that somebody is actually using inner inquiry in the course of progressively getting themselves free of garbage interference, but as I explain in the Helpfulness Testing guide, there are ongoing pitfalls for the unwary with regard to inner inquiry (‘mental testing’), and I myself fell foul of them earlier in my use of Helpfulness Testing, so I can have no ‘moral high ground’ about inner inquiry issues and errors at all. — Philip

WOW !! Love flowing….....what else !! love which does not recognise expectations but just flows & flows for that is all it knows at its highest .

The positive words much appreciated, of course, but actually I would take a notch or so off the ‘wow’ level of such an appraisal — NOT because of any affectation of supposed modesty of mine, but for a very practical reason. The ‘dark force’ has infiltrated the various Eastern (and other!) ‘spiritual’ traditions with the notion that our task in incarnating is to achieve enlightenment and ‘self-realization’ (which are seen as somehow ‘precious’ or ‘holy’), and that then there is no reason for us to remain in incarnation or to incarnate again. According to my own understanding, that is all seriously incorrect, and is part of the general agenda of the ‘dark force’ to get people sidetracked away from genuine comprehensive self-actualization into various distortions of it that incorporate subtle and usually not-so-subtle illusory realities that trap the people so that they then become captives of the ‘dark force’, programmed to soul-reincarnate, with all the horrendous problems that revolve around that. That agenda of the ‘dark force’ also neatly makes people generally ineffective in another very major life task of theirs, which the ‘spiritual’ traditions naturally don't recognise. That is, to do what they can to weaken and eventually completely dissolve the ‘dark force’ itself. — So, nobody's job in incarnated existence is finished just because they are enlightened and, maybe, advanced in their self-actualization.

Later note:
A few days later Mr Gupta submitted two further entries here (two, because the Comments box of one submission didn't give him space to say all he wanted to), in which he was passionately defending his use of his ‘WOW!’ exclamation in the above context. I haven't let these through, because, as I make clear on the entry submission form for this Visitors' Book, this isn't the place for personal communications or getting into a discussion or indeed argument, or indeed the expressing of a lot of personal belief. Actually, if he had read my above note more carefully he would have understood that I wasn't dismissing or debunking his using that exclamation, but I was simply pointing to a perfectly sensible and soundly based qualification that it would be wise to put on that ‘WOW’ in the context of particular ‘spirituality’ based beliefs of his. In other words, my real target wasn't the exclamation itself but what was coming loaded upon it. — Philip

Comments: Oh goodness I have a lot of reading to do here! I stumbled upon your site after a mini existential crisis (not my first) had me googling peaceful ways to commit suicide (which I'm nowhere near — but thought the info would be comforting to have ‘just in case’) And what a can of beautiful worms it opened!

I have worked so very hard over the past several years to put together a belief system that helped me understand how it all ‘worked’ and brought me immense comfort. It was working beautifully, until a scenario arose which I couldn't reconcile with my beliefs and effectively ‘broke the code’ in the programming. A unnerving experience to be sure — when the tool you use to comfort yourself is broken and causes new pain with which you're left feeling helpless to stop.

I've only just scratched the surface of your site, but a sense of peace washes over me as the feeling of hopeless that I know nothing is replaced with relief that I can shed my limiting ideas and ‘tools’ to achieve greater, deeper understanding.

Based on my personal experiences yup-"dark forces" fit. Starts out looking and feeling like something that is good-full of light and ends up looking and feeling oh so dark. Do this as long as you can and when you finally bring your arms down the energy will surge through your body and you will feel great. Even hard line sceptics are forced to admit they can ‘feel the light’ after that. And yes you may try to blame it on blood circulation but are your arms numb? Do you feel tiredness or energy from doing this?

Imagine all that light projecting light years across space just so that you can survive and be warm enough to live. (solar/lunar energy is powerful enough to be used as fuel for houses, cars, plants and EVEN people). ps I'm an old un and I can remember the higher plane I left to come here and I can't wait to die so I can go back there. People like this elicit from me a wearied groan. They are so wrapped up in their own cherished illusory realities that they have no time for the genuine awareness and clear-mindedness that I promote on this site. I really don't wish to sound unfriendly or unduly dismissive, but I do have to say that it would help so much if people actually read carefully and understood what I write. This guy, despite his great enthusiasm, clearly has not at all understood the actually quite clear note that I put at the end of his last entry here, just a little further below, and has put some words into my mouth that I didn't say. The trouble comes down to the ‘spiritual’ preconceptions carried by the vast majority of people coming to this site. They are actually programmed to automatically and quite unawarely ‘shape’ what they think they have read here to fit various of their preconceptions — i.e., if indeed they don't summarily dismiss my writings because they don't conform to those people's preconceptions and beliefs. Anyone who has read at all carefully on this site, reasonably without preconceptions, would be well aware that I'm NOT heading in the same direction as any of the ‘spiritual’ teachers and writers — again, please see Exit ‘spirituality’ — Enter ‘clear-mindedness’.

Actually, I didn't quite know what to do with this particular Visitors' Book entry. Indeed, there was a case for ignoring it altogether because it is clearly being used to send me what is effectively a personal message, and, as stated at the top of the entry submission form, the place for such messages is really via my contact form, for this here is just a Visitors' Book, not a forum. However, the particular message is of a nature that, as indicated in the notes on my Contact page, I would ignore anyway and not reply to, much as I would like to be friendly. It is the spirituality mindset that would have people keep reading up what various people say about supposedly ‘spiritual’ issues, and that would waste my and their time by having them asking me for my views about other people's writings. That sort of preoccupation is a serious side-track from genuine self-actualization, which latter is something that one simply gets on with and does not spend time upon going around reading up various people's views on it. — Philip

Do I hear a polite hint here of My beliefs are better than your beliefs? — For the record I remind that all that I put forward on this site (apart from actual physical observations) is an experience based working model or hypothesis and a methodology based on it, which has worked outstandingly well for me in actual practical application. Being such a working hypothesis and not a belief system, it is always in a state of flux and evolution — though changes have inevitably become progressively smaller and somewhat less frequent as trial and error has demonstrated what is generally working best for me. Now let's see i don't believe you are enlightened, you are still full of information and comments, there is no way a person can enlighten with information, but you have come to a point and i totally agree that MIND IS EVIL, that's all, that's the end, from here on, i can not move, i am stucked..

There is a widespread if not almost universal misunderstanding about enlightenment, that upon enlightenment a person has a fully empty ‘mind’ and does not significantly engage with worldly experience and all its ‘problems’, and leads a simple and ‘minimal’ sort of life centred upon at least a fair degree of formal meditation practice. This misunderstanding is a distortion of the true situation, which is perpetuated by all manner of teachers, ‘masters’, gurus and ‘spiritual’ traditions. However, the only way to even begin to find that out for oneself is to become enlightened oneself away from all those influences, which seek to distort or indeed substitute for one's own perceptions, and then discover for oneself by direct perception what the real situation is, through a process of getting on with life and seeing from direct experience how your enlightenment relates to and changes your life experience and your behaviour.

It is inevitable that people who have come under the influence of the almost universal distorted notions of what enlightenment is and how it affects one's life experience would summarily dismiss me and my own understandings and modus operandi as non-enlightened — but they do so on the basis of belief and extremely shakily based ‘received wisdom’ (actually all containing a plethora of distortions sourced from the ‘dark force’) — and they show no signs at all of either being enlightened themselves or holding up their own life view to ongoing scrutiny in the way that I have been doing, to clear out belief so that they could begin to see what is really there. So actually they have no ‘superiority’ nor ‘authority’ that could form a genuine basis for judging upon me in the way that such people do. Rather, when they write in dismissing me or telling me that I'm ‘wrong’, they inform me of particular problems of theirs that they feel a compulsion to project on others such as me rather than actually address and resolve.

All the signs are that the above visitor to my Clarity of Being site had not read the relevant material at all carefully and had been simply judging what he had read against his own beliefs on the subject, and also is in a generally very confused state, so that his message does not make a lot of sense in real terms. So, instead of actually allowing himself to understand what I'm really saying, he has held onto at least some of his preconceived notions and used them as a barrier to genuine comprehension and also as a means of gaining some sort of personal self-gratification through telling another person that the latter is, effectively, ‘wrong’ and indeed virtually an impostor. — Philip

I'm 18 and over the past year I've been trying to find meaning in spirituality. I have become very interested in astral projection but your website has caused me to think twice about it although I still will continue to explore it since it sounds like fun to fly, nevertheless I'm truly great-full for your insight and I will always keep it with me. One thing that does trouble me about your work is that it has me questioning: what is the purpose of existence, physical reality, and the perks of becoming self-actualized? So, never mind that one is pointed to the serious harm and dangers of astral travel / astral projection — It's fun to fly at any cost, is it?! — Oh, my! Instant gratification is everything, it seems"It's fun to swim, so let's swim in the local sewer", sort of thing! — And being troubled by my work causing one at last to start facing the questions that are fundamental to one's life experience — I'm lost for words!

Comments: Tomorrow I was supposed to visit a medium hoping for answer running thru my head. After reading your writngs I really started to wondering if it was a good thing to let her do a reading on me but I have had so much hope to get answers from her that could help! Anyway, I have been really confused about this, asking for a sign or something to help me make a choice whether to see her or not, it ended with me coming the wrong day (today) and she didnt had time for me. After crying for some minutes I called her and said I wouldn't turn up tomorrow. Crying for I had so much hope to get some answers but driving all those miles the wrong day felt like a sign she isn't the one who will give answers. I'd like to say you are full of loose screws due to your theory being a sort of dystopian horror story, but there is a certain logic to your working hypothesis. It does not conflict with what I have myself observed/experienced. So I deem it deserving of additional consideration.

In my books, what is really bizarre is that people regard my actually looking at and seeking to usefully describe what is actually there and what is actually going on as ‘bizarre’! — Unusual, yes, but ‘bizarre’ is just a label, a judgment. What could also be seen as ‘bizarre’ is people regarding my extremely helpful working model rather than the mind-boggling mess that the human race is in as a ‘sort of dystopian horror story’! We shared a conversation on self actualisation and photography whilst you were on your way to St Just Via Penzance. I have breifly read some of your articles and was most amused by this passage.
Despite all the ungrounded, dark force sourced predictions and prophecies (replete with ‘dark agenda’ involving illusory realities) that come two-a-penny through all manner of psychics, mediums and ‘seers’, NOBODY has any means of knowing for sure whether or not Jesus or Maitreya is going to make some grand entry on our stage, just as neither I nor anyone else can absolutely know that in a few years’ time WINNIE THE POOH or Uncle Tom Cobley or Gilgamesh or you or I or any other specific person won't be ruling the world. In a nutshell, our reality is simply ‘What Is’, and nobody has any means of knowing what the future holds for any of us or for the human race in general. We can only speculate, and if we are misguided enough to allow those speculations to be fuelled by dark force sourced stories, then we are brewing major and serious problems for ourselves in the future. Comments: This web site is excellent. It lifts AT to an entirely different level of conceptualisation, which exceeds Alexander's own understanding of it. Alexander wrote at a time when Quantum Mecahnics and Indian spiritual traditions had not fully spread to the West, and he was therefore somewhat mechanistic in his undestanding of the Primary Control mechanism. By looking at the body as a holitic energy system, and by rising above Alexander's crude mind-body dualism your website liberates AT from its mechanistic leanings. Alexander seems to have been influenced by the conditioned reflex theories of Watson et al fashionable in his time, and most AT teachers and AT websites fall into the same trap even today.

I'm 81 years old, a Sri Lankan by birth, living in the UK for the past 31 years, a practising Theravada Buddhist for 40 years and for the past 41 years, after a dramatic spiritual experience, a follower of Jesus Christ ( though I would hardly call myself a Christian in the ordinary sense of the word ) I have developed my own meditation discipline with the Death and Resurrction of Jesus as its centre piece but also drawing on Vedanta and Buddhist concepts and quantum mechanics also.

That is the most clear and articulate explanation that I have seen so far, as to why my introduction to the Alexander Technique (AT) is so important, regardless of (or indeed no doubt in part because of) my having no formal qualification as an AT teacher. Other parts of my Self-Realization website do a similar thing regarding the spiritual and ‘self-realization’ traditions — showing how they are ALL (without exception) unbalanced and distorted by the interferences of the garbage, and how we can at last gain a healthily balanced state of self-realization / self-actualization, for once without the distortions and pernicious beliefs, illusory realities and control agendas that, whether overtly or covertly, permeate all the traditions thanks to the ubiquity of ‘dark force’ interference. Comments: Sounds like you ran into the entity who calls himself L (Lucius/Lucien/Lucian). Or one of his associates.

It is one of the standard ‘defences’ against what I have written on my Clarity of Being site, for a person to claim that I myself have some sort of entity attachment or implant or interference that is making me write the things that I do — the implication being that what I've written is wrong (but always without the evidence that I'm wrong or that some alternative scenario is actually true). Anything to avoid actually reading and understanding my writings and the issues they cover!

People never actually produce the evidence that I have this or that ‘possession’ or implant or interference — it's just empty rhetoric from those who don't want to countenance the challenges that come in what I have to say, and the extent of my own clarity of mind as a reasonably self-actualized person. I should think that in most cases the individuals concerned know fully well that they're making false accusations, but they are habituated to not using their innate intelligence to a greater level than posing with cheap debating points to cover for their lack of deeper awareness and their fear of really looking beyond their narrow horizons.

And also, the above individual clearly believes in the existence of particular entities, which shows that she hasn't a clue about what I've carefully researched and written about on my Clarity of Being site. In The future of humanity — Countenancing the unthinkable on the latter site I explain clearly how I arrived at what I'd written on that page, and it didn't in the slightest involve channelling, so the ‘entity’ jibe is misplaced and simply demonstrates that person's unwillingness to give my writings and indeed the actual world situation a genuinely rational appraisal. — Philip

The following day the individual concerned submitted another entry here with a brief argumentative ‘comment’; I summarily deleted it, for that sort of stuff does not belong here nor indeed on any of my sites. I would re-emphasize to all, that this is a Visitors' Book and not a discussion / debating forum. I appreciate that many people disapprove of that policy of mine, but there is a clear and positive reason for that policy, and that is made plain to all who read my writings with at least a reasonably open mind.

I note that in that second comment she described the above response of mine as ‘rude’, but somehow she evidently overlooked the fact that her own comments could equally be seen as ‘rude’.

It would seem the manner in which things are presented here is in tune with my very skeptical attitude and allays much of that concern. Scott's entry here is a good illustration of how ill considered and wide of the mark are the communications that I get from various people who come ‘shooting from the hip’ in response to my Clarity of Being site, seeking to tell me and the world what rubbish I write and how mistaken I am, and indeed in some cases, that I'm mentally disordered and thus to be completely ignored and avoided on that basis. They may feel or believe that they are ‘right’ and I'm ‘wrong’, but what they consistently signally fail to come up with is an alternative hypothesis or working model that is actually more helpful than my own for resolving the particular sort of issues that Scott here, and indeed I myself, have had pressing need to resolve, and for most helpfully explaining the whole gamut of human malfunction and all the troubles we see in the world today, i.e., in ways that give us opportunities for going some way to rectifying the situation rather than just sitting on our backsides feeling pruriently self righteous about the ‘wrongs of the world’. — Philip.

Also, people doing things with their hair makes them in league with the dark force? Lots of truly sick and insane people (Bush, Cheney, Blair) have perfectly normal non-spiky hairdos.

It would be so helpful if people would properly read what I write, and not approach it with either preconceptions or an agenda to go picking nits and finding supposed faults. The above critical comments from Eli are really not valid, as would be apparent from a careful reading of the relevant passage and a simple observation of my own use of humour on my Clarity of Being site — especially with regard to what I write about the ‘dark force’ — a subject that most people regard as extremely ‘heavy’ and unapproachable. It's inevitable that my kittenish sense of humour will be seen by some as a bit ‘risqué’ at times and will ruffle the feathers of some of what I call the ‘Appropriateness Brigade’, and will simply be mystifying to others whose own sense of humour has for some reason been stunted. That's the way life is, at the moment.

Incidentally, is it actually a real gun in the picture, or a toy one, or indeed a water pistol?

Comments: I found some of your experiences to be very informative but not your personal ideal of our consciousness and various incarnations such as without karma or non soul. Some of it comes through to me as delusional or insane ideas.

From where comes Kay's supposedly superior knowledge, that particular information that I give on my Clarity of Being site is delusional or insane?

This is a person who steadfastly remains within the prison of her own beliefs, so ensuring that she cannot in any degree get clear of her own entity attachments and ‘dark force’ interference and control. Anything that seriously challenges the most imprisoning of her beliefs is dismissed as delusional or insane — and so she remains unaware and opinionated and unwilling to clearly look at what is actually there. She would do well to read Beliefs and illusory realities — Their role in human irrationality, though I guess she would still not really see what I'm getting at, because of her attachment to her own delusional ideas (i.e., her beliefs). — Philip.

I agree with much of what you say but am not sure I feel ready to shed the layers that aren't my true nature to be left with my core essence because I enjoy feeling all the different aspects of who I'm with all the vices and habits that make me me, despite the suffering they may cause at times. It seems I cannot resist what you would call soul programming and would like to know what you would consider the first step to changing what I would describe as strong vices and pleasures that I would find difficult to give up and shed in order to become more enlightened. Comments: I read with interest about what you had to say about desires and particularly deviant desires. Am still not clear how we distinguish between our desires and an external influence on our desires. If we say certain desires come from an external force does that not diminish our responsibility for having certain desires and also impede a solution to resolving them.

I recently watched Salo-120 Days of Sodom, a disturbing film yet an excellent contemplation on the nature of evil and the perverted desires that drive it. I don't know whether we can ever know whether such people are being externally influenced through their desires or whether they are driven through their own experiences and perceptions. (disturbing that they are)

Would be interested to hear from others who have been cured of any deviant desires using the methology detailed in this site. A testimonial page or sharing of experiences would be helpful.

There are many people out there who think they've understood writings on my Clarity of Being site and yet from their responses it is clear to me that they haven't really understood what I'm on about to any worthwhile extent, because of limits to their awareness (largely a product of their soul programming). To such people my outlook and methodology will always appear to be wrong or at least suspect, because it is very much experience based.

In any case it is clear that Robert has not read The true nature of ‘the forces of darkness’ and its interference and attacks, at least properly, for if he had done so he would have had no apparent cause to write the above comment of his. Only very deep awareness (of a level that few people have, because of their soul programming) would enable a person even to begin to accurately make the distinction that he talks of. That requires an advanced degree of self-realization.

However, my self-realization methodology (and indeed any genuine self-realization methodology) actually dispenses with any need to make such a distinction, because your ‘baggage’ and interferences are progressively cleared, leaving you with whatever is genuinely you, and from that perspective it makes no difference whether any particular problem of outlook, feelings or behaviour is externally or internally sourced. The important thing isn't an intellectualization about it, but simply clearing it. And that includes clearing of much that isn't generally seen as ‘deviant’ and, indeed, which is widely regarded as ‘normal’ and thus supposedly good, because a ‘normal’ person is actually highly dysfunctional.

If you think in terms of curing [specifically] ‘deviant’ desires, then you're pointing in some other direction than true self-realization, and are more in the realms of psychotherapy, all of which is grossly unbalanced and based on distorted notions of what a fully healthily functioning person is like. Also, as far as I've been able to ascertain so far, all ‘schools’ of psychotherapy and indeed psychology are fundamentally ignorant of the true nature of the very basis of their disciplines — the human mind. And that true nature, as any genuinely enlightened person understands, is NIL — there is no such thing! People don't have minds; they simply believe they have minds, because they have never looked deeply enough at what is (and indeed isn't) actually there. What there is, is simply awareness / consciousness, and that is the fundamental nature of all ‘reality’. — Philip.

I was somewhat confused by the use of the term entities and forces in some of the articles. For the sake of clarity perhaps it would be more helpful to us readers to completly remove what you now have now realised have been misleading terms. It could be more useful to replace them with terms such as negative or separative THOUGHT forms that separate us from our fundamental consciousness. (I myself came across this website whilst googling dark entities which I like many people mistakenly believed were conscious, individual beings)

Just a suggestion. Anyway I hope you continue in your journey of healing, understanding and greater harmony after what seems a difficult detour away from that! Hope others will benefit in the understanding that you share. Cx

The issue of terminology and the need to avoid confusing people has been very much in my mind right from when I first started twigging to the likely true nature of the ‘dark force’, and has always since been under review. How convenient it would be to use terms that to me (and presumably a small number of other people) would appear to be completely accurate and unambiguous! The problem about that is that such terminology would actually mean little or nothing to the vast majority of people, and therefore would in itself cause masses of confusion, and my writings would then be more akin to abstruse treatises, seeming remote from and irrelevant to all the people for whom talk of ‘entities’ or ‘the dark forces’ etc actually means something (albeit that ‘something’ almost always being a distortion of the true situation).

I backed off coining supposedly more accurate terminology for that reason. Instead, I opted for a flexible use of tolerably familiar terminology, but also explaining in many places what I mean by the terms that I use. Provided people read my writings carefully and thoroughly, they would find little room for major confusions. The problem, however, is with people who read the material with preconceived notions, or who come here with agendas to find supposed faults that they can then exploit in order to in some way assert themselves over me, or who simply read the material in a cursory manner, not taking responsibility to apply my various definitions and caveats in what they read — i.e., expecting me to have everything served up on a platter in ‘black and white’, ready for swallowing whole. — Philip.

Actually the stolen very old and completely outdated web page of mine entitled Finding a Path Towards Wholeness is highly problematical, and I recommend that nobody reads it, and people put pressure on the particular site owner to mend his ways and delete that page.

What I'd written in Finding a Path Towards Wholeness about karma and reincarnation was just repeating seriously harmful traditional ‘dark force’ distorted notions of those phenomena, and the places to look to find a much more helpful view of them are What Karma Really Is — Cutting Through the Confusion and The true nature of ‘the forces of darkness’ and its interference and attacks (in which latter I explain how reincarnation really operates and how the ‘dark force’ is responsible for soul reincarnation).

I chanced on your site while surfing the net searching for information regarding meditation, visions, dreams, astral traveling, entities etc and their effect on the brain's frontal lobe. I ve read much but not all of your entries. I must admit you're take on homeopathic medicine isn't fully informed. Homeopathic does not claim to solve or medicate problems. To my understanding, it's a support that aids the body and mind to get to the cause or root of the a said problem, disease, illness, ailment.
The problem usually lies with the sale of homeopathic medicine for the self-mediator, who's looking to alleviate symptoms. If one has the guidance of a good practitioner along with the medication it can be very beneficial for getting to the cause. I've tried homeopathic both ways, and find it far more beneficial with a practitioner who would literally spend two hours of weekly talk sessions while only prescribing a few globules of medicine.

Congratulations on a thoroughly fascinating set of websites, Philip. One of my first visits was a few weeks back, and although my initial reaction to some writings I first came across was to raise my eyebrows, the sheer personal touch of those very writings kept me engrossed in them for several hours, reading through what you have to say about your own insight into life.

Overall the website is a great example of a personal website from someone being ‘authentic’ and not performing to an audience. To me, that was fascinating and a refreshing change. Far too many websites seem to be appeasing readers expectations and that exposes itself.

I believe much of the phenomena you describe can very much be explained by malign astral entities. However, from your experiences of them and your own struggle against these entities, you seem to extrapolate a whole model of reality and worldview that explains the true nature of consciousness and its relation to reality. I would question and challenge you to expand on your claims and understanding of enlightenment and the state of universal consciousness which through your experiences you believe you have attained and your belief that the highest good of all souls after their life return to this state. After years of struggle you now claim to be in clarity (although as you mentioned there are no certainties as your past experiences have shown).

I take quite a different view on the issue of our individualised consciousness and why we find ourselves in this condition and don't believe that all of the negativity experienced can be ascribed to astral entities or external forces and certainly that you can claim complete enlightenment and understanding of consciousness and reality itself.

The key here to the apparent disagreement between Jay and myself is in I believe [my emphasis] much of the phenomena you describe….

Jay's own beliefs and preconceived notions have prevented him from reading my material with a fully open mind, and so he's been at least a little bit selective as to what he's taken in from my writings. In particular, he's ignored my very clear statements that I'm well aware that I (and indeed he and every single person who exists) cannot absolutely know anything, and the insights that I present represent nothing more than a working model to use for healing and self-realization purposes, which has been tremendously more helpful to me than any views ot the nature of reality which I had previously come up with myself or encountered anywhere else.

Belief is always a total obstacle to ‘finding truth’ or opening to ‘What Is’. I work with working models that are most helpful to me in making the most positive changes in my life and my surroundings, and offer them to other people on that basis. If/when I find more effective working models for that purpose I shall use them instead. What is clear from what Jay writes is that his own view isn't open and flexible in that way, and provides no clear understanding nor methodology that would assist me or others in the process of their self-actualization and clearance of all ‘dark force’, ‘entity’, and other negative interferences and influences, and so, however ‘right’ his view may appear to be (to some people), it simply has no worth in practice.

Indeed, what Jay is putting across is the sort of thing that comes from many people who themselves have ‘dark force’ programming which causes them to sneer at anyone who puts his head above the parapets and acknowledges his own enlightenment or clarity of perception. It's a sort of ‘embittered wannabe’ mentality.

I thus challenge Jay to let go of his beliefs and preconceptions and re-read my writings with a fully open mind, and even to get clearing out his own ‘dark force’ interference and programming. If he really does know better than me, he would have or would very soon set up a website on which he presents his more effective working model of reality, and a self-realization methodology based on that, so that other people (including me) could benefit from it. — Philip.

In response to the above comment of mine, Jay proceeded to make four further entries for this Visitors' Book in order, by instalments (presumably because of the limit that I've imposed on the length of the comments field), to expand on why he believes that I've got it wrong and apparently he has got it more or less all right. Such Visitors' Book entries are an abuse of this system, for this is a Visitors' Book and not a discussion forum, and isn't the place for such communications — and so I've discarded those, having noted that he was still lecturing and criticizing and not presenting anything positive. Indeed, even his above entry in this Visitors' Book is to some extent such an abuse, but I chose to accept it here to enable me to make my own point to people who seek to use the Visitors' Book as a forum for their own beliefs and for telling the world what's wrong about me and my writings.

If a person wants to express their views to me, the appropriate place is via my ‘Contact Me’ email form. However, people who use that means to come lecturing at me that I've got things wrong are wasting their time, for I discard such communications. Perhaps Jay realized that and hoped that he could bypass that constraint by misusing this Visitors' Book. — Philip.

Amazing! He still didn't get the message, and in the evening I found that on my mail server there were three emails from him, sourced from this site's Contact Me page. I've now blacklisted him so that all messages from him are automatically deleted on the server without my being aware of them. I've found that in practice this is the best way to deal with people who so intrusively seek to impose their own opinions upon me.

Comments: I'd just like to say keep up the good work. I'm not sure if alot of young people visit this site, but I'm positive that alot of young people think about life and what goes on. I'm 22 and I had alot of questions about life/spirituality/God topics that often left me with confusion and no answers. I sought out healing, crystals, attunements, and practically anything that could provide me with healing to become a happier, confident or richer person.
For sometime, I was even working with a woman who knows she is the reincarnation of Mother Mary, Eve and other powerful biblical/fantasy figures. Often, I'd ask her if her energy healings are so powerful, than why couldn't I feel them? Often, she'd blow up at me and put the blame on me.

With your information, I find something that has clicked and made sense. Even though some parts of me resist, I now know why and I'm eager to change those parts of me (that are most likely attached by dark forces). Change won't occur overnight, but I look forward to growing, changing, becoming healthy, and becoming into self-realization as this site continues to grow.

Actually, the extent to which you can feel ‘energies’ in a healing has little or no bearing upon the quality or power of the healing. Generally speaking, when one feels ‘energy’ very strongly (particularly a lot of heat or ‘electricity’ feeling), ‘dark force’ interference is involved, because the ‘dark force’ is seeking to get people fixated on feeling what they believe is ‘energy’ and so diverted away from the truest and deepest healing, which is a full and balanced self-actualization process.

Indeed, I would say that for people generally, the best and deepest healings would tend not to be felt anything like as much as the more limited / distorted ones that come from people who have particularly serious ‘dark force’ / ‘entity’ interference (i.e., healings from most people who think of themselves as healers). — Philip

It is heartwarming to get such an appreciative message from somebody who found my site when I was in the thick of major disruptions from the ‘dark force’ in 2004 (thanks to my having fallen into the ‘spirituality’ trap) and was being extensively deceived by the ‘dark force’ posing as ‘higher guidance’ and thus had much distorted and indeed harmful ‘information’ on my sites.

Many others — probably quite a big majority of those who think of themselves as ‘spiritually aligned’ — have looked at my sites then and indeed now, and have concluded that the material that I present is worthless (or worse!), and that I'm hopelessly ‘broken’ as any sort of teacher — and even that I'm simply mentally ill. Because I don't put up the ‘front of inscrutable perfection / superiority’ that is generally taken to identify supposed gurus, and I present direct insights instead of repeating or reworking the ‘dark force’ distorted teachings of past gurus or spiritual / esoteric traditions, my ‘message’ is widely dismissed — and I myself am dismissed as arrogant and having an enormous ego, just because I remain true to myself and don't hide behind the thoughts and words of others. A truly enlightened and self-realized person isn't a ‘sheep’!

People are addicted to their ‘spirituality’, which is also their prison. If those people would carry out the sort of deep self scrutiny that I have applied to myself, they would arrive at a very different appraisal. The people with the biggest problems are those who remain unaware that they have those problems themselves and are unwilling to look for them, blaming other people for whatever is awry in their life experience. — Philip

I feel sad that you felt your were not liked and that you were bullied at school.Having read part of your life story I can only think that the pupils felt you were different even at the tender young age of six. I feel that sometime in your early childhood years you must have suffered emotional problems — perhaps having even been abused. I do hope at 65 you are now at peace with yourself.
For my part I have been lucky enough to have been very happy in life having married and had children. I have always tried to help others and make them happy. I campaigned for 15 years to pardon my grandfather who was executed in WW1 and eventually obtained a pardon for him and all the 305 soldiers. The trouble is that, even with the very best of intentions, a person can read on my sites various bits of information about me and my past which can lead to very false conclusions being drawn if (s)he reads no further or, as is so often the case, has an awareness limitation (beliefs and fixed preconceptions) that results in the filtering out or simple misunderstanding of my explanations of what has really been going on for me. I'm a tarot/healer/therapist who has had a period of being attacked by an ex client/friend who was a healing workshop junkie. I had been confused as to why most protection/excorcisim rituals were not working-or only for a limited time, but have -like yourself-used the experience to heal & strengthen myself. Im a grounded country girl with two teenage sons who can't afford to spend money on ‘cures’ so have had to be very practical-also I have a sister who has been institutionalised a few times, so reality had to be faced even if it meant I had to admit I was duped into believing astral bullshit-I was Archangel Zadkiel(tee hee), and mainly because it was feeding my sense of ‘importance’. Which I think is the only thing I can add to your excellent personal story -the best thing is to be HUMBLE in the fact that we are all individuals (thanks to the more real than surreal Monty Python crew) and just do what is in front of us. With regard to being HUMBLE, I caution that there is an extremely widespread tendency for people, in moving away from dark-forces-cultivated ‘self importance’ patterns, to flip into similarly dark-forces-cultivated ‘humility’ patterns, and to fail to understand that even when the ‘dark force’ sourced bullshit is discarded, we do have the deeper reality of some underlying life purpose, which cannot in any reliable way be channelled to us (from supposedly higher beings or through clairvoyants / mediums) but which emerges naturally (if we allow it to) during our self-realization process. There is actually NO place for humility in anyone's life, for it goes against simply being oneself and standing one's full height without making comparisons against anyone else. There are evidently people out there who will actually look for sites with material concerning night terrors and then, when they find the one site that actually gives a coherent description and explanation for night terrors and indeed effective means for resolving the whole ‘mental health’ issue of which night terrors are part, they complain that the stuff on the site is worse than the night terrors themselves! One thing I can say pretty confidently is that any such person has not experienced real night terrors (or has completely suppressed any such experience from their conscious memory as most people do) and doesn't know what the hell (sic) I'm talking / writing about! — Philip

Comments: Greetings. I keep coming back here; I'm fascinated how you have evolved over the time since I first found your pages. I hope to develop in a similar manner. It was a shock to be introduced to the Steve Gamble material but I'm now comfortable with it. I struggled with organised religion and especially with being born again and always with evangelism and soul winning. I just couldn't buy most of it. I grew up in New England but long ago moved to the South. I, too seem to be one who has pursued growth the hard way. After nearly 50 years I was rewarded when much of my fear seemed to vanish of its own accord. I can only look forward to growth and learning throughout my remaining years, however many they may be. I've just begun using EFT, have the Byron Katie books, and hope to start studying Alexander soon. I'd have to say the Real Health material promises to be hugely beneficial; I can hardly wait to get my eggs. Some of my biggest problems seem to be scattering in too many directions at once and then failing to realize the value of something once I find out about it. Best wishes,

The ‘eggs’ referred to are Energy Eggs, which I used to recommend for certain important uses as self-healing / self-actualization aids. In 2013 I have ceased to recommend these, having myself some time previously developed the more effective and flexible Clarity-Sphere, which is what I recommend nowadays.

I would caution about the writings of Steve Gamble. Yes, they did put me in touch with a particularly important angle on so-called higher or non-physical realities and the serious problems in all spiritual and healing traditions, but nonetheless, Steve himself has shown himself to have a serious degree of interference from the ‘dark force’, and in his writings, which contain various distortions as well as the general ‘right idea’, he sends out strong and harmful thought forms that attach to susceptible readers. Comments: im sorry but i find some difficulty in understanding your presentation for starters you suggest fellings of joy are caused by astral beings that is ridiculous if i have a fantastic times with a freind sharing ideas and relating to one another does that mean its from a astral being no are you suggesting that all emotions are controlled there for we are never experiencing anything real i can relate too other forces taking my enegies away at night i have felt this a kind of sucking at your lifeforce i hold this in regard too astral beings such as reptilians too disregard life forms other planets/ plains of existance is wrong perhaps these astaral beings are of a different race not human at all and i would like too see your research too such veiwpoints and regards too your words on higher level states ie ascention do you not think this process could be evolution perhaps an awareness too a higher evoled state of mind that occurs naturally through the process of evolution im not trying too slate your work just a few questions thats all.

I well understand that it comes as something of a ‘wrench’ and shock to the system to find one's own beliefs about the nature of reality challenged. I've found out the hard way just how and to what extent the ‘dark force’ interferes with and manipulates us all. However, unlike so many other people who have views on the issue, I don't claim that my perceptions or insights are ‘truth’, because nobody on the planet can actually know what is true. Many people think they know what is true (or untrue), but that is belief, and belief closes all those people to truth, which can only be experienced. To open to truth, a completely open mind with no belief or disbelief is necessary.

I well know that for many people it would be hard to swallow — the very notion that the ‘dark force’ (‘astral entities’) can manipulate a person by giving them feelings of joy or indeed other apparently greatly pleasant feelings like ecstasy and erotic feelings. Nonetheless, I've repeatedly witnessed just that happening. It's only when you start getting yourself clear of the deceptions within which you've been living, that you can even begin to tell which of your feelings and ‘thoughts’ are really yours and which are interference from the ‘dark force’ for the purpose of manipulating and controlling you.

My counsel to people who have difficulty with the challenging viewpoint that I put forward on my Clarity of Being site is to keep as open a mind as possible and ‘sleep on it’ for a while, and then, later on, to come back to what had seemed to be so difficult for them and to re-read carefully what I'm saying. A lot of the difficulties people have with my writings are actually caused by their beliefs and preconceived notions, which cause them not to read properly what I'm saying, so that they come away with, in their mind, distorted versions of what I was really saying, which don't make proper sense and then naturally have to be dismissed.

On my Clarity of Being site — especially in The true nature of ‘the forces of darkness’ and its interference and attacks, I clearly make the point that the insights that I put forward regarding the interactions of the astral non-reality (including supposed ‘entities’) with people is NOT a statement of fact or truth, but is simply a working model, based on a whole mass of personal experience, which is being offered to be used for healing purposes. The moment people get actually believing in one thing or another as being ultimately true, they are creating for themselves yet another illusory reality, which can ensnare them and get them still more entangled with the ‘dark force’. — Philip

It's always heartwarming to know when material on any of my sites has made a real positive difference for somebody. As for the matter of psychosis, my understanding is that most likely ALL disturbances that get labelled as psychosis have broadly just two primary causative factors, never mind what other factor(s) may have precipitated that disturbance (such as oxygen starvation, smoking of cannabis, a harmful medication or indeed a bang on the head). And those two primary causative factors are weak grounding of an important part of the person's awareness, and the consequent gross interferences from the ‘dark force’. Indeed, in that respect, weak grounding of that particular part of one's awareness can be seen as THE primary factor — and it is also the top priority healing need. Aha! I see somebody's starting to get the message! The true nature of so-called guides is the ‘dark force’ pretending to be guides, which serve the purpose, usually covertly, of leading or luring people into accepting power hierarchies and control agendas. What the likes of Chris could most beneficially do is take on powerful and efficient self-realization / self clearance methods and practices, so that they don't depend on so-called healers and teachers who are virtually ALL to varying degrees being deceived and led astray by the ‘dark force’ — and thus leading countless people astray and into very serious trouble at least in the long term. The best place I know of to look for such practices is Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way (then following up the various links given there).

No ‘healing’ that I received from other ‘healers’ to remove my supposed ‘entities’ ever worked, and most actually made me more ungrounded and thus actually exacerbated my problems by making me more vulnerable to the ‘dark force’. Indeed, one supposedly very advanced but seriously ‘dark force’ led ‘healer’ did something so harmful to me (presumably with the best of intentions) that in the ensuing very severe attack from the ‘dark force’ over the next couple of days I was perilously close to having what for me would have been the ultimate disaster — a ‘partial walk-in’. — Philip

It would be really helpful if people actually read and understood what I'm saying on my Dartmoor In Trouble page, instead of hanging onto an opinion and at once going into ‘disagreement mode’ because their own opinion isn't being fully complied with.

In fact, although, yes, the Ten Tors event does introduce people to such wilderness environment and to meeting a challenge within it, my own observation of many, many Ten Tors training groups over more than 20 years of regular Dartmoor walking has shown the whole outlook of almost all of them to be unbalanced in their outlook and highly deficient with regard to cultivating a proper awareness and respect of, and interest in, Dartmoor. Dartmoor and other wild places are seen primarily as invigorating assault courses on which people can meet challenges.

Much of this problem comes down to the deeply seated unawareness manifest in the majority of teachers and youth group leaders, who are people with significant personal control agendas (which had motivated them to become teachers / youth group leaders in the first place). Control agendas tend to see everything in end-gaining terms rather than that of cultivating true individual awareness and self-realization. The Army — intrinsically replete with control agenda — naturally very happily go along with the control-agenda-based Ten Tors event.

In all my 20+ years of Dartmoor walking I only once met a Ten Tors group who were truly on the right lines. It was a small group from a school (I can't remember which one, but I think it was in the Teignmouth area) in south Devon, which did NOT run their Ten Tors group as an open-to-all challenge event. Instead they had a Dartmoor Society, which cultivated interest in all aspects of Dartmoor such as its abundant historical and natural history (i.e., flora, fauna and ecology) aspects, and it was ONLY within their Dartmoor Society that students were given the opportunity to extend their Dartmoor involvement to the experience of the Ten Tors event. That is the healthy way forward, and that sort of approach actually doesn't need a Ten Tors event at all, because in that context each student can more readily find what type and level of challenge is appropriate for him/her rather than being martialled into highly problematical end-gaining exercises. — Philip
