Comments: It's been more than a month now reading through this site and practicing various methods listed and I have to say my life is improving considerably. I would urge everyone who has ever had drama in relationships to read the exploring relationships- exit soul mate section of this site! I went to years of therapy, read numerous books and nothing has helped as much as this page! My relationship with my partner is improving daily as I'm more able to live in the present moment, be light-hearted in our interactions, and a LOT LESS clingy/needy! I discovered your website while searching for people who shared similar experiences to mine. Your working model offers a solid way to cope/manage attempts at control and interference from crap while living out this existence. I'm sure many of us can attest to trial and errors and, at some point, giving into some absurd trope.
 
For me, I actually had applied for a job with the CIA and worked for a very small company whose COO was married into a prominent beer company (this company is tied to the established elite here, in the US). Considering my attacks began around this time (2006), I seriously questioned whether I was made a victim by either group. The crap certainly worked to make it seem that way and I would have encounters with these people to make it seem they stalked me. My co-workers also acted differently and more aggressive toward me. The crap also positioned me to consistently encounter black helicopters (which I would later find out, were there for NATO and military-related drills or for President Obama's visits to my area). Heck, I was even told directly that I was inducted into a CIA program and that I was part of a Manchurian Candidate program

Comments: I have again come back to your site to better help myself due to unforseen circumstances befalling my life, again, from being lead astray, again, and wildly so. It is that I feel, again, my life is endangered and as well the lives of my family, and so, as I write this I have come to realize that it is time to sit down with only myself and do extensive work to ground and clear my issues, for whatever reason I have come to life and to this point in my life, I don't know, but it at least a passing fancy to entertain that one day I may attain freedom from all that would seek to control me. Or I will perish. But simply, it is the simple and elegant words you have written that I trust to help me come away from all of this mess. I appreciate the move from the clarity sphere to tapping. It makes it more accessable. I remember last year when I came to your site for the first time and was desperately searching for a clarity sphere and waiting to have it sent. Now it is easy to just pick up your hand and so a simple bit of elegant work to dissolve and clarify an entire unmentionable ordeal I have gotten myself into. The question I have is, really, as far back as childhood I can reflect on events occuring in my life that would of lead me even to here exactly. It just seems, if I can understand my life since I can even remember being conscious, maybe I'm supposed to be experiencing such events to gain or lose from them? I'm also envious of those who are able to pursue passionate adventure in their live without reprocussion of falling game to wolves by the wayside. I feel life is a passionate adventure or nothing at all, but at this time I must relinquish all things and go within myself? (is it even a place to go?), or perhaps better worded undo the chain that is from my deeper aspects connecting to my conscious mindspace and let so very many things go. It seems my life m=has positioned me here to either do this work now, or perish. Thank you Phillip for your simple, brave, elegant means to at least maybe make an attempt at such a thing.

Well i just wanted to say after your last reply i removed all crystals and that ghost hunting stuff out of my life, also from time to time i burn palo santo around the house and nothing bad has ever happened since. I feel like there is no darkness or garbage near by anymore and i definitely won� t be having crystals again. Comments: Interesting site, but you get very verbose and could do with some streamlining of your website and writings. Summaries would help too. Tbh it took me a few readings to work out what you are saying the 'garbage' is. From what I can gather, your idea is halfway between Jung's collective unconscious and the Buddha's teachings. If that's what it is, can I suggest that you do a short and clearly written summary, if it's not that then please explain your ideas more clearly.
Overall, you may be right(?) but I don't think so, because there are too many unexplainable phenomenon (e.g., objects moving without cause) that are outside your explanations and — more importantly — you don't really address the reality of evil (it would be disingenuous to claim there's no such thing).

I'm quite fresh into this world of self-actualization and spirituality and have found myself connecting to dark entities, garbage, however we want to refer to it. I have tried various healing practices, crystals and visualisations and nothing has helped. If anything, my night terrors have got worse.

Comments: Thank you for this important work! I wasted two years of my life on the garbage, which had presented itself to me as higher spiritual beings. I see now that I opened myself up to the garbage by embracing the so-called spirituality espoused by well-meaning people during my journey of personal healing. I found this website because the garbage kept messing up my life under the guise of spiritual guidance, and your site was a rose in a field of thorns! Your work single-handedly pulled me out of that morass. The clarity of your ideas and your presentation of them cut through that junk in short order. In the course of a single day of reading, I was able to see the garbage for what it is, and ditch a batch of harmful beliefs—including the notion of belief itself! Comments: Wow I'm shocked to find what youâ ve written and am happy I read your experience with crystals because it is true! They attract evil. I went to a cemetery near my home for shits and giggles to see if itâ s true, and took a tiny quartz crystal wrapped in copper because I thought it would â protect meâ but nope. Even my dog was growling at something then when we got home things started going strange with the electronics in the house and every time I walked under the smoke alarm would go off! Then aggressive violent messages were being sent to me through the PlayStation 4, also to add it was searching stuff â by itselfâ and making the volume go up to full blast. Opening closing and slamming doors in the house too. Scariest time of my life I will never have anything to do with that again. Also I got rid of it by placing massive bowls of salt around every room in the house

I learned that I'm not the only one facing these kinds of attacks. You've covered almost all types of garbage attacks that I've come across in my life. It is amazing. I feel empowered after reading this article. I was going mad before with the garbage stories and threats, now I feel better. I still get garbage attacks and out of habit I give importance to the garbage. Garbage attacks me primarily with OCD. I fail to disregard the garbage and give in to it most of the time. It is going to take a lot of practice for me to break this habit. It is an ongoing battle but I feel better knowing the way it operates. I look at it as a nasty computer virus.

It is so great to return to my natural state; having more clarity, free from any belief/bias, being grounded and most importantly, the garbage is losing its (illusory) control over me. Many things I took very seriously now seem irrational and now I can laugh at things that before I was furious about. I know I have more works to do(issues that need resolving) and more experiments to conduct using your case studies (Without science lab settings, of course. In any case, I have to test them first to verify their credibility, no?), but I'm happy to learn.

I just want to inform you that this all relates to humans innate creativity and their ability to create an experience with the Whole consciousness in a metaphysical way, which is generally called God. The garbage is simply a product of human belief in religious evil and will go away when people evolve beyond creating this, though it does serve a role in keeping a degree of negativity in non physical realms as it mostly stays in the lower astral plane. Comments: Over a half century of traveling a meandering path I have experienced many different viewpoints and spiritual resonances. I used to call source god but recently cannot even want to use the term spiritual — although I always have been. It just doesn't resonate like it needs to. The old terms don't have the proper ring for me anymore.

Sooner or later a heaviness creeps over the particular atmosphere and I turn away in disillusionment and/or self-protection. Also, when I renounced all attachments, revoked vows, contracts and covenents, the spirit realm became completely silent. No more visitors, astral travels, lucid dreams, etc. Only thing now is better self-care.

Comments: At first glance it's easy to quickly assume that this is just another spiritual website detailing far-fetched delusions about non-physical phenomena. But if you look at the way Philip thinks things through, by using working assumptions based on empirical evidence rather than belief/disbelief, you'll see this is no ordinary 'spiritual' website and he's not delusional — but is instead probably one of the sanest people you've ever come across.
 
I don't think it's important to agree with everything or anything he says and turn his working assumptions into beliefs of our own, but rather to take on his level-headed approach to dealing with things and perceiving the world — in a completely autonomous / non-sheep-like manner of course. A working assumption, rather than fixed belief, is the ONLY way to really begin to understand the way things work. 
 
I was very ungrounded when I came across this website. So far the writings, and seemingly the healing practices, have helped me get my head screwed on properly.

Comments: Cool site, am currently making use of the Clarity-Sphere concept, looking back on my life in retrospect I can see garbage activity, but ultimately am not sure. I found this site because I was searching for Reichian character types, but then came across the odd notion that they represent soul degradation (in descending order), and further came across the idea that certain people don't have prior births, and that incarnating further isn't a natural state of affairs.
 
This all clicked pretty intuitively for me, the same goes for my readings of the sex-drive and 'love' pages on this website, both drives for me at the time seeming more like pressures and impositions, and thus the opposite of freedom.

Comments: My observations and comments are as follows: Philip Goddard, his ethos or rationale, and his site are original—quite unique! Moreover, his systemisation of logic and profound thinking is the antithesis of “superficiality” as one is forced to use one's brain in a way that one has never done before; for this he deserves much credit, though I hasten to add this does not automatically presuppose complete compliance or acquiescence to everything that he states.
The information on his website is stupendously immense and cannot be assimilated at one sitting: it is a course that can take up to anything up to a few weeks to inwardly digest.
I begin to understand—though others might not and will not—the “ubiquitous” and “summary brush off” in endeavouring and failing to have meaningful dialog with Philip—a gratifying relief that it wasn't just me! 1. I today went on a small self power walk (AT used, I had a cartilage issue in my left leg) I was just allowing my mind to go to issues that I wanted to clear…. TV being one of them, I watched far too many films that started to visit me at nights (Garbage way in to my fears) I watched as some looming characters started to appear behind me, all seemingly the energy was like neutral, I started to get Freddie Kruger hands and grounded harder, then everything Freddy Kruger just dissolved behind me as I was using the claw and open hand methods, some other images appeared as I walked around a lake where I live, these also dissolved as I was grounding…...
 
I had issues with when first starting to take up your methods, I was passed images of yourself and I was being told to like to communicate with you, I ignored and grounded these. Garbage

Surprised that you also warn against trying to use dowsing and spirit guides, etc. I haven't had time yet to read all there is here, but wondering what other options are available for those of us who have a strong desire to learn more in regards to the nature of reality, soul consciousness, holographic/parallel/multi universe/whatever, afterlife, etc.
I will read more of what you've written since I've often wondered if my lifelong struggle with serious procrastination, disorganisation and getting places on time (I've missed many flights)is more than the ADD I've been diagnosed with (at age 40)and possibly some negative entity attachment that wants me to self sabotage myself….....

After studying several religions and spiritualist doctrines such as Allan Kardec's spiritism and Luiz de Matos' Christian Rationalism, as well as the mainstream scientific viewpoints and psychiatrists' viewpoints, I would like to point that your views seem to be really important and deserve more attention. I love science and I try to investigate (as an amateur) these obscure things as sometimes I experience some psychic phenomenons, so I was deeply surprised to see your texts, they talk about confusions that were clear to me from the start. I'm now trying some of your suggestions and methods to see what improvements I can achieve. By the way, I would love to see more research from others as well on the Helpfulness Testing, seems very promising. The lack of attention that your writings seem to have (I only accidentally discovered your site) disturbs me sometimes.

I do suffer from sore backs and did know about the Alexander Technique — however I went and purchased John Gray's book which just happened to be on the local NZ auction site; this all after reading your story. Been trying out reading the affirmations as well for the last week, and managing to do it.
Still finding the 'dark' entities info a little strange — never had a problem with anything I can recall about them. Came across a few minor references in some books is all, but wanted more detail — hence came across your site. I had read a few books on OBE & devine beings, & many other metaphysical books etc. but now you've reminded me not to have any beliefs in them, just when I was getting suckered into it! Whew! Comments: From the bits that i read through as there is so much, i find your perception an interesting analysis. Mindfulness as the way of being and not religion or spirituality. I left the catholic church because of its perception of women and its language. I began a spiritual quest and ended up having to get an exorcism. Left reeling with confusion and fear counselling has been my saving grace. I have big problems with staying grounded and yes nature is key. I always see dark entities and amazingly upon reflection ONLY LAST WEEK (i have a background in psychiology) in counselling did i question these entities. My question being what happens to repressed memories, repressed traumatic memories of children. is it these memories that get projected onto the world in later years as the brain is trying to find ways of integrating this darkness or trauma back into the psyche of the person. However it dosent explain to me why two people at the same time both see the same thing????? Why some see and others dont. Confused. Comments: My friend has had some very interesting things happening with merkabahs around, very negative energy reaching out to him and have reached him. I believe things he is experiencing is happening to me, yet I have never been around these for years. Three years ago something almost killed him while he slept. He never gets sick, he has been in two bad car accident and has walked away, while others were seriously injured. As well as many other assortments that we are going through more frequently. Comments: My spiritual jorney wasnt as long as yours, but in general all seems very similar. I (well, many times you yourself are the one who is opening the doors) also was manipulated by that sort of the affirmative and negative visual responses and strange erotic feelings. I came to this site cause very few (none) authors discard at once all the supposed healing tools and I didnt want to renounce to my gift, but, as you say, is the only way. I was to the border of a quasi-psychotic breakdown, all thanks to the Archangels, my grandmother guide and the insidious violet flame, and my idolatred so helpful psychic therapists, that really are in the same thing. Although it seems so beautiful at the beginning… Yes, the fantasy becomes so big, that you break it, or you end literally being another person. That scared and motivated me. Its so annoying knowing you werent doing so bad before, without so many accesories… You're doing an invaluable work. Thank you!
